Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate including filling of river sand/ stone dust upto 15 cm complete all as specified and directed at site Note:- (i) Stone dust/river sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass.

Material and Labour for servicing of split type AC's of capacity 1.5/2 TR comprising of the following tasks installed at different locations including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Inspecting and checking the Indoor/outdoor units for noise free operation. (b) Checking the electrical connection for tightness. (c) Cleaning the condenser with cleaning agent followed with pressurized water and cleaning the cooling coil with air blower with water pressure gun. (d) Greasing/Oiling of condenser fan motor and blower motor. (e) Checking for any refrigerant leakage by pressure testing and repair it. (f) Checking for serviceability of remote control unit and replace with new battery.
