Supply,fix, testing and comissioning of central type AC unit 50TR capacity water cooled hermatic scroll type compressor microprocessor panel ,R-407c refrigerant,Chilling machine fitted with hermetically sealed compressor, multi-circuit DX chiller ,water cooled S&T condenser,microprocessor based control panel,suitable for R-407c refrigerant ,shell & tube insulated evaporator,expansion device, suitable capacity control mechanism actual cooling capacity on following parameters:- (a) Chilled water entering temperature:- 12.17 deg C (b) Chilled water leaving temperature :- 6.67 deg C (c) Evaporator fouling factor :- 0.0001 MKS (d) Condenser Water Entering/ Leaving temperature at 36.2/32.4 deg C including foundation (Vibration absorber pads) and all necessary electrical connection from panel to chiller unit connection including welding of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and laying M S Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of size 80mm bore and with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying M S Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings , nitrile rubber insulation over it and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc of size 65mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross section area 150sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth, for foundation, laying of cables, stay, strut etc. not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing Fazilka river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth iron strip 25 x 4 mm, as earthing lead 7.5m long means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting book made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT Panel feeder pillar box outdoor type platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3.5 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet with front and rear opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface. The panel is including platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm crushed stone aggregate 20cm in thick in foundation and of height upto 0.5 mtr all as directed at site . All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual MCCB and should be insulated with shrinkable PVC sleeves. The MCCB should be adjustable type. (Loc- Bison lab)The scope of work includes provision of following. Note: All MCCBs should have adjustable thermal and magnetic settings.Foundation included (i) MCCB 4 pole 36 kA 200 Amp with thermal settiing 80-100% - 02 No (For incoming and chiller unit). (ii) MCCB 4 pole 36 kA 160 Amp- 01 Nos (Spare). (iii) Internal wiring with PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 V grade, IS 694 marked of appropriate size but not less than 2.5 sqmm. (iv ) Digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with necessary CT's.Make : AE/Conserve/Rishabh (v) Spare chambers for future extension of MCCBs as per requirement - 01 spare compt. (vi) Phase indiacting lamps (R-Y-B) - 01 set.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 80 mm dia, cast iron butterfly valves in chilled water and condenser water plumbing and adequately supported as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 65 mm dia cast iron butterfly valves in chilled water and condenser water plumbing and adequately supported as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
