2.8.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

2.9.3 Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

4.1.6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.9.1 Providing ,Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.3 Providing ,Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.5 Providing ,Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.6 Providing ,Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.22.4 Bending/binding Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE), Hot rolled deformed bars

6.1.2 Brick work with flyash brick upto plinth level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE FLY ASH BRICK SHALL BE PROCURED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

6.3.1 Brick work with flyash brick in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE FLY ASH BRICK SHALL BE PROCURED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

7.1.1 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

8.2.2.1 Providing and fixing 16 mm thick Granite, gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

8.31 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed / digital glazed / decorative theme based wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make (Nitco / orient / somany / Kajaria / H & R Johnson or equivalent), in all colours, shades, suitable for kitchen walls as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laidover 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

10.16.2 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, bolts etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. ( STRUCTURAL STEEL SHALL BE PROCURED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

11.20.1 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement

11.53 Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:

12.41.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes, including jointing with seal ring , leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter, including all required fittings

13.1.2 Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for all heights.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.16 Providing and laying 6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of nominal mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) using approved Nowra- ngpur or Boriguma river sand including screening, necessary curing etc, all complete (at any height).(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.41.1 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two coats over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (PREMIUM QULAITY OF SNOWCEM, BERGER OR ASIAN PAINTS OR EQUIVALENT)

13.47.1 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (PREMIUM QULAITY OF SNOWCEM, BERGER OR ASIAN PAINTS OR EQUIVALENT)

13.61.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

13.80 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (PREMIUM QULAITY OF SNOWCEM, BERGER OR ASIAN PAINTS OR EQUIVALENT)

16.91.2 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern).

22.14.1 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with, Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with appropriate waterproofing cpumpound as per manufacturers specification.(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

Addition of waterproofing admixtures like Sika, Dr fixit or equivalent during concreting/ grading concrete/cement works, as per manufactures specifications all complete as per direction of engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying two-part polysulphide sealant for expansion joints, of approved make
