MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS SCHEDULE 'A' PART XII INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix for brass chromium plated health faucet with 30" long CP flexible connection pipe and chromium plated brass nuts at one end complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for chromium plated toilet paper holder fixing with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for chromium plated soap dish, perforated type and fixing with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix for 20 watts integrated LED tube light fitting 4 ft suitable for single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling complete with all accessories internally prewired including electrically connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area) all as per Cat No.LCTLN-20-CDL of make Crompton or equivalent model in Philips/ Wipro as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 30 watts LED light fitting, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium aesthetically designed road way luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver including cable for connection all as per Cat No.LSTS-30-CDL-M of make Crompton or equivalent model in Philips/ Wipro as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for street light bracket on pole fabricated out of 40mm bore GI tube light grade bed to shape as directed and of length 1.0 metre complete with mounting MS clamp of flat iron size 25 x 5mm of suitable length 2 pairs including nut & bolts etc for suitable size and painting MS clamp with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 300mm sweep dia heavy duty metallic exhaust fan with louvers single phase with necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate), pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with and including 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: GI earth strp and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate).

SEWAGE Material and labour for construction of septic tank 100 users complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for construction of soakage well of size 1.8 metre dia and 3.0 metre depth complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Labour only for horizontal boring below pavement/ road in soft/ loose soil for crossing 40mm to 150mm size pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BUILDING WORKS Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed including testing :- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive primer (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) On this primered surfaces, APP modified polymeric membrance 3mm thick with non woven polyster reinforcement weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm with 160gm/Sqm finished shall be laid by torch application method (d) Preparation of new APP surface of roof and applying two coats of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrance (e) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (f) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side. (g) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicater.

Taking down existing treatment by wire brushing, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surfaces absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes and foreign matters and making good minor cracks etc in cement mortar (1:3) and surfaces absolutely smooth using JK wall putty as per manufacturer's instruction with uniform thickness and applying two coats of weather proof paint as per manufacturer's instruction over a coat of alkali resistance primer including cutting/de-rooting of small plants/shrubs (girth exc 5 cm but not exc 30 cm) and making good disturbed surfaces in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
