Cost of cleaning and removing unwanted roots from lawn area and howing the earth by about 6"(Av.) depth for preparing the bed of the total area.

Cost of howing and removing unwanted roots by side of the lawn area and planting the hedge line by setting poly pot maintained in a staggered manner including all labour and materials complete. (a) Golden Duranda (Potted settings )

Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Ornamental brick edging (75 mm wide) in compound road, gardens etc with 1st class or picked jhama bricks laid diagonally on end and with a corner slightly raised from the adjoining surface thus giving saw tooth appearance including cutting trench laying bricks and re-packing the trench thoroughly on both sides of the edging complete as per direction.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work site including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yard manure/animal dung manure and good earth in required thickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials.

Maintenance of hedge for one year including application of necessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement of damaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.
