Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping ith brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying evenly a tack / prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for using more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in above item.)

M&L for 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-ll) using min 4.5 % VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500- 10 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth n exc 50mm complete all asspecified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers each 75mm thick area not exc 400 sqm in patches grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in Pavings / hard standing finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and making impressions complete all as specified nad as directed.

M&L for Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm (internal dia of pipe) reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with coller in trenches including demolition of old drain pipe of any description including PCC beddingg / Haunching if any complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 mix (150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.
