Annual Maintenance Contract of Electrical and Mechanical Installations of HAL Airport (City Side and Nav Aids buildings) and AAI Residential Colony (Ulsoor), Bengaluru during the year 2022-24

SH-I: MAINTENANCE OF E&M INSTALLATIONS

Job Contract for Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of HAL Airport (City Side & Nav-Aids Buildings) and AAI Residential colony (Ulsoor) on round the clock basis and for all days of the month including sundays and holidays in Three shifts, which involves repairs & maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records & documentations etc., The agency is required to deploy minimum manpower in each shift as detailed in special condition of contract and as per the instruction of Engineer-inc-charge complete as required.

SH-II:- Other Maintenance Works

Painting of electrical LT indoor,Outdoor panels,Fire hydrant boxes,Exposed Fire hydrant pipe line, Diesel pipe line,Exposed Water ,pumps , earth pit covers etc located in powerhouse, AC Plant, switch rooms ,fire pump room, pump room etc., with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc , of required color to give an even shade complete as required.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP capacity Monoblock motor with copper conductor of suitable size i/c dismantling and transportation to work shop and back, re- installation i/c repair, servicing, testing, & commissioning. (dismantled material / wire shall be property of tenderer)

Servicing & overhauling of submersible borewell of 7.5HP capacity i/c replacement of wornout bushes, bearings, impellers, steel shaft and other internal parts etc complete as required..

Rewinding of 7.5HP submersible borewell pump motor with copper conductor of suitable size i/c dismantling and transportation to work shop and back, re- installation i/c repair, servicing, testing, & commissioning. (dismantled material / wire shall be property of tenderer)

Servicing & overhauling of submersible borewell pump of all sizes upto 7.5HP replacement of wornout bushes, bearings, impellers, steel shaft and other internal parts etc complete as required.

Lifting and lowering of submersible pumpset 7.5 HP from the depth upto 200 feet including dismantling of the column pipe, cable etc and re-installation of pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like providing and fixing of required gasket & nut bolts, and welding & threading of GI Pipe and Flanges etc as required and making connection to the discharge line after dry revolution test complete as required.

SH:III Supply of spares

Supplying of following sizes ISI marked PVC insulated, single core, FRLS grade stranded copper cables of 690/1100 volts grade confirming to relevant IS of standard length etc as required

Supply of following types of lamps suitable for operation on 230 V, 50Hz, AC system as requried.

Supply of 25X 15mm size casing and caping medium class as per relevent IS etc of standard lengh 2mtrs etc., as required.

Supply of following rating HRC Fuses suitable for operation on 230 Volts,50 Hz, AC System as per site requirement

Supply of DOL Starter suitable for 7.5HP Submersible/Monoblock Pumpset in sheet steel enclosure with voltmeter, ammeter, ON/OFF pushbuttons, indications, contactors, O/L relays etc complete suitable for 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz AC supply

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated,Cores , PVC sheathed, Armoured Aluminium cables of 1.1KV Grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 with upto date amndments.

SH-IV DSR Item

Execution of items of schedule of rates E&M CPWD DSR-2022 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations at different locations od HAL Airport (City Side and Nav-Aids buildings) and Ulsoor residential colony as per direction of E-I-C. The bidder shall quote percentage (%) above / below the DSR 2022 rates in the form of multiplication factor. i.e. (for eg :- If the bidder desries to quote 5% above on DSR 2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05 and 5% below, the rate column shall be filled as 0.95).
