Supply & Fixing of 20M High Mast shaft in two sections suitable for 44 m/sec wind speed, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 09 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. (Wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation). The following accessories are as under :- (MAKE : Cat part No BHMRL20A of BAJAJ/WIPRO/HAVELLS)

(a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. (b) LED floodlight type BJFL 250W LED - 09 Nos (c) LED type single dome aviation obstruction light - 01 Nos (d) Outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals. (e) Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. (f) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. (g) GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2 nos per mast required). (h) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

M&L of 9m high hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 155 mm bottom A/F and 70mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thk. HT sheet alongwith base plate of size 250x250x16 mmthickness and 4 nos of M24X750 long J type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template including 1 meter long hot dip galvanised single arm bracket made up of 40nb dia GI pipe suitable to mount on pole having top 70mmA/F, all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj/Philips/CG (Note : Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed, of the following size:-

(a) 10 sqmm 2 core

(b) 10 sqmm 4 core

(c) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable / fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No 6.00 above, but depth exc 1.5 Mtr and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep.

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench , under and over cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm for protection of cable including taking down old cable. Make : Mehtab

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and direct.

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and direct.

M&L for Wiring with 1.5 sq mm 2 runs of single core multistrand PVC insulated, unsheathed cable conforming to IS - 694, 1100 volts with copper conductor etc as required and connecting to board to fitting as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing under ground cable route indicating slab of size 60cm length, 30cm width, and 10cm thick, casted in PCC 1:3:6 and words "MES UG LT CABLE " engraved on both side including arrow mark towards end point and slab grovoted in ground 30cm deep in PCC 1:4:8 all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge at site.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base the pole, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles, all as directed and as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base,coping of the pole, all as specified and directed.
