Taking down old aluminum door and refixing in same opening after reparing to damaged/loosened rail sections, tightening of scerws,reparing/replacment of locking arragment, repair and replacemnt of glass beading and repairing to existing door closer etc making door in Serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

S&F of 3 mm thick , sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out glass old broken (any thickness), quailty or description from wooden/steel frames, stone brick, concrete surrounding, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

S&F in repairs for vitreous china squatting pan orrisa pattern 580mmx440mm with integrated foot rest, S or P trap including cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

S&F in repairs PVC valve less syphonic action type low level flushing cistern 10 ltr, white with inlet ball valve float and handle including bracket with flush pipe of polythene of low or high density 32 mm PVC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltr hoisted and fixed in position incl incl 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwd for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 15mm-142gms/20 mm 210 gms/25 mm 455 gms/40 mm 690 gms complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old wall surface including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying putty where required using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on new surfaces including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note -: The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer of Paints proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by AGE (I).

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on old surface using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection by taking down old plaster, damaged concrete surface,cutting of exposed reinforcement and making good with 1:4 including admixture of SBR (cost of SBR including) as per manufacture, and provide reinft cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required, necessary scafolding,formwork etc up to 12 Mtr heigh and applying 10 mm thick rendring in cement mortar 1:3 including providing chicken mesh wire netting where necessiaty , finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for re-writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly without showing brush marks, finishing coat till desired satisfaction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge..

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to out side MS land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, ifinished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on on ceiling, ifinished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( including backing) removing from site and rubbish off premises .

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-by- charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm thick or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles.
