PROVISIONING OF ONE OVERHEAD FILLING POINT WITH 05 HP MOTOR PUMP AND AUTO CHANGE OVER SWITCH FOR AIR CONDITIONERS AT RT CABIN AT AF STN BKT

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for laying pipe lines etc & getting out in soft /loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level or slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in trenches (Soft/Loose soil) in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick after laying of pipe including spreading, levelling & well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV, type I, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F light grade galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore confirming to IS : 1239 and ISI marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles/crossing of road etc for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing 100 mm dia bore medium grade complete with all fitting laid in trench or fix on wall/floor and connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia, with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS:14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts and washers of required size and Nos, complete including removing of old unserviceable sluice valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for valve pit brick masonary chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900 mm (internal dimension) including MS plate of size 1.6 mm thick top cover arrangement 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm of angle iron with lock - 01 No including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incuding excavation earth work, PCC plaster and dismantling of old pit etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty centrifugal monoblock pump set of capacity 5 HP/ 3.7 kW single phase 230 Volts,50Hz AC , approx 3000 RPM with suction x delivery (100 mm x 100 mm) optimized for high value transfer at lower heights alongwith connecting accessories etc inclusive of single phase DOL starter having overload and short circuit protection with thermal overload trip mechanism complete all as specified & directed. Make : Pumpset (Kirloskar KDS 515+ or equivalent model in KSB/ Crompton) and DOL Starter (L&K/ Havells/ Crompton as approved by GE in writing)
