Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but including ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement conc in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar (1: 6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Serial item No. 3 above but except Bricks.

M&L for brick work sub class 'B' bricks laid flat bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Serial item No. 5 above but laid on edges.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall as in boundary wall etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) of brick / concrete, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two of coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sand for sand filling under interlocking paver blocks.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointd in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M & L for providing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of required shape & size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and with pigment laid in required colour & pattern over 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand., complete, all as ditected. Note:- Sand for sand bedding shall be measured separately as supplied only.

All as per description of Serial item No. 13 above bur except paver block.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; Note: Sand for sand bedding shall be measured separately as supplied only.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening with PVC Pipe wherever required and apply two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a priming paint coat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, cornices etc booming down with steel wire brushing and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete M-25 (Nominal Mix ) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone having dimensions of 300x300x100mm constructed from high strength concrete M-25 by incorporating 6 mm thick 040 grade acrylic sheets in milky white for illumination , emitting a red solar blinking light at 4000k, powered by IP68 LED technology, the kerbstone operate on solar energy , providing a brightness of 60 lumens.solar panels will be attached individually to each kerbstone . installation involves a prepared PCC bed. Kerbstone comply with IS code 5758 and IRC standard for road signage. Additiuonal features include customizable color changing LEDs. Quality assurance includes water and impact testing, while maintenance emphasizes solar panel cleanness and wiring integrity, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in copings,, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors including 20 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, with RCC post 50 mm thick (measured solid), type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded aggregate including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of galvanised mild steel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC/ Steel) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.(Each line wire to be measured)

All as per description of serial Item No 24 here-in-before but restraining re-securing including making good staples etc.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing made out of plain mild steel galvinised wire , width of aperature 100 mm x 100 mm x 4mm dia to new steel posts/RCC posts by means of nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

Dismantling posts or struts embedded (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, all as directed.

S&F Mild steel angle iron fencing post and sturts in fencing incl necessary cutting drilling welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wives etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 12mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n. exc. 15 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and directed

Dismantling wooden boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing informatory Sign board of size 1200 mm x 900 mm made of aluminium sheet 2 mm thick with stainless steel rectangular frame using 25 x 15 mm rectangular pipe with 35 mm dia stainless pipe in outer border all around retro reflective high intensity 400 micron thick blue/yellow colour sheet pasted with heating process on both bsides of the board including 75 mm to 100 mm high black colour letters cut to shape with special plotter and in proper manner incidating Shed No as directed by Engr in charge . 02 Nos 75 mm dia stainless steel pipes of 304 grade glossy finish with MS plate 3 mm thick welded at bottom of pipes shall be provided, the board shall be fixed at height of 3.0 m (top level of board) above GL and shall be embedded in ground using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of min size 300mmx300mmx600mm including necessary from work.excavartion and earthbwrk complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) gate, made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified & directed .
