Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillers etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks strait or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surafaces complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for two coat of white wash on walls including preparation of new treated plaster surfaces by washing, rubbing down stopping complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standrad, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel not exceeding 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old GI barbed wire of any specifications from the existing posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cemnet concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (PCC 1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 100 mm thick 1:3:6 Type C2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not othervise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2: 4 (20 mm graded agg) in pre cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminals posts, struts etc. for fencing average sectional area exc 100 and not exceeding 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M/L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire anealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as spacified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage from inside of manhole of depth not exceeding 1.5 M and removing the sludge to distance not exceeding 50 M and deposited in trenches, sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 CM including all earth work returning filling removal of surplush soil and necessary temporary bamboo barricades complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 24 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 M not exceeding 3 M etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the salt glazed stone ware soil/waste pipe 150mm dia by roading from manhole to manhole and manhole to septic tank cleaning with rod/bamboo and removal all blockage etc complete and testing including making good the distrubed area/surface existing all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 26 here in before but 100 mm dia soil/waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing of sludge/mud from septic tanks of any depth & description complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of gully trap/nahanitrap/ S trap for WC/EWC complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work is to be carried out in overflow and foul condition. Necessary precautionary measure shall be included in quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M depth and not exceeding 1.5 M wide getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as Item No 30 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramings in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition or breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore grade 'A' salt glazed stoneware pipes laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they laid and tested in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for 150 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of SWT from bottom by De-watering by submerssible pump and taking out solid sludge to be disposited at low laying area,Necessary repair and painting to welded fabric wiremesh & iron angles, white washing to complete internal walls and floor of tank complete all as specified and directed and upto the satisfaction of Engr-in Charge.

S&F Welded steel wire febric weight per square metre not exceeding 4 Kg complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (weather ceal) applied @1.67 lit/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg /10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
