Plastering : AR1017i (First Floor) : 20mm thick cement Plaster in CM (1:4) over stone work in outside including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line, curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour and T & P required for the work etc comp.and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Masonry Brick Work : AR0603bi (First floor) : Brickwork with Flyash Bricks of size (25cm x 12cm x 8cm) in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75.00 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent immersing the bricks in water not less than six hours with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labor, and T&P required for the work, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering : AR1004i (First Floor) : 12mm thick cement plster (1:6) over Brick work in outside including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour and T & P required for the work etc. comp.and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering : AR1014 (First Floor) : 16mm thick cement Plaster in CM (1:6) over brick work in inside including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line, curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour and T & P required for the work etc comp.and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting : AR0922a (First Floor) : Finishing wall surface with two coats with distemper of approved shades above one coat oil bound Primer on new work to give an even shade including all costs of labor, Paint, Primer, Brushes and putty required for the work, etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Inside)

Other Building Items. : AR1902 (cement based wall putty (water based)) : Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes,labour,T&P,etc.complete. and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
