Taking down existing roof felt including plaster of any description carefully from existing roof /parapet without disturbing wall surface and removing the same at a distance exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete as in Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete and other similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) and on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying a coat of Hot blown bitumen of any grade industrial bitumen to concrete surfaces @1.5kg. per sq. m per coat as specified and as directed

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specifed and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching at junction of roof and parapet wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand @ 1:1 (by weight).

M&L repair of sunken slab of any size as in Preparing surface of sunken slab of any type of WC by demolition of PCC from sunken portion, taking down of old water proofing and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with integral water proofing compound both on floor and on wall incl laying APP based polymeric membrane of minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric over a layer of hot blown bitumen.The sunken shall be filled with PCC of 1:4:8 as per existing thickness incl fixing of GI spout a pipe of dia 40mm and 600mm long (GI spout) to be laid on floor complete as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia GI steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tank any type and any position from site of capacity 500 litres.

Dismantling water tank 1000 ltr and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles.
