Construction of Wet Mix Macadam by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12 & 400-13 to mixing in a Wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete with al lead of mixed material ncluding accidental charges if any, etc., complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work, By using Motor Grader

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion (SS1) complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make on prepared surface of granular Base such as WBM, WMM including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying using Bitumen Pressure Distributor, uniformly at the rate of 0.80 kg/sqm as per Table 500-3, including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift, all lead of emulsion, including accidental charges if any, etc., complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work, .

Tack Coat on Granular surfaces treated with primer- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour charges, including all lead for emulsion. all lead and lift, loading and unloading ,transporting to site, HOM of machineries, curing if any, including accidental charges if any, etc., complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work, .

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler at 2 percent by weight of agegate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, labour charges, including all lead for bitumen and mixed material, all lead and lift, loading and unloading ,transporting to site, HOM of machineries, curing if any, including accidental charges if any, etc., complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work, . (compacted thickness 50-75mm thick)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 including cost of all materials, labour charges, including all lead for bitumen and mixed material, all lead and lift, loading and unloading ,transporting to site, HOM of machineries, curing if any, including accidental charges if any, etc., complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - (30 mm compacted thickness).

Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil upto 150mm excavated by excavator, carriage by tipper and compacting it with plate compactor including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead upto 1km, lift etc., complete.
