S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm wood grains printed PVC sheet reinforced with ms square tube and edges painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe lines, cables, pipes etc in hard dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) If excavation is carried with mechanically or by JCB etc then damaged to the existing assets i.e. SCADA Cables/Sewage Lines/Electrical cables/Drains/Telephone lines/Signal Cables/OFC etc shall be repaired by contratcor on his own cost. (ii)The quoted rate deems to include for any type of dewatering wherever required.

Material and labour for 600 mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipe, type NP-2 with & including cement concrete bed to pipe including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, making necessary connections after cutting into existing sewer line /manhole to make it functional after taking down/out salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipe as existing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing CI/DI pipe line, of any class including CI fitting with spigot and socket ends/Flanged ends and lead joint including burning out lead joints and recovering lead for reuse in new CI pipes/fittings of any class/type complete all as specified and directed of foloowing sizes:- (i) Since new line to be replaced in existing position/location in replacement of old line, therefore existing CI/DI pipes shall be dismantled on part basis and new DI pipes shall be laid imediatelly before next supply of water to provide uninterrupted water supply and connections & disconenctions to be carried out accordingly. (ii) Dewatering of any type of water from trenches before laying of DI/CI pipe and after laying of pipe is included in the item rate.

(iv) Thrust block at every bend/tee for DI pipe shall be provided of RCC and same is included in the item rate. Its design shall be provided by contractor before laying of the pipe on site.

Taking out existing spoiled sand ,accumulated mud etc.(Fine filter media) from the Rapid sand Pressure filter of any size installed at Main Filter Pump house (job shall be carried out in alternate day or as per availability of shut down) removing the spoil from site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Filter Bed Size- 5m X 7m and 02 Nos Bed (ii) The unit rate is deem to be included for necessary T & P required for lifting and removing from the filter beds.

Taking out existing pavels/ Gravels of any size(filter media) from the Rapid sand Pressure filter of any size installed at Main Filter Pump house center carefully, stacking the materials (size wise) where directed. Washing the Gravells/pavells thoroughly, sieving stacking size wise for reuse of serviceable qty and removing unserviceable qty from filter bed and store outside the filteration plant complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Filter Bed Size- 5m X 7m and 02 Nos Bed (ii) The unit rate is deem to be included for necessary T & P required for lifting and removing from the filter beds. (iii) Job shall be carried out in alternate day or as per availability of shut down. At a time only one filter bed can be made available for repalcement of entire filter media. (iv) Contratcor will have to bring material of one Filter media i.e. all type of gravels/pebbles , sand etc before commencment of this item.

M & L for Fresh quartz sand of size 0.33mm to 0.45mm suitable for rapid sand pressure filter and coefficient of uniformity shall be between1.3 to 1.7 and silica content should be not less than 90%, filling in layers of Filter Beds and suitable for drinking water purpose , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Fresh quartz gravels of size 2mm to 5mm in layers of Filter Beds and suitable for drinking water purpose , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing M S Pipes heavy grade at Filter bed of Rapid sand gravity filter of size 80mm dia including flange at both side for fixing making boring of size 25mm on each 100mm for fixing of PVC Nozzels including welding where ever required and taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) These pipes shall be laid under the filter media in required size of pieces. (ii) Holes for fixing of PP Nozzles shall be made with drill machines before laying and qty of holes shall be as per existing one and size of holes shall be suitable to PP Nozzles. Cost of making holes included in the item rate. (iii) Cost of flanges included in the item rate.

Supply and lay M S Pipes flanged type of size 50mm dia heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown inlcuding welding wherever required to joint the pieces and taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) These pipes shall be fixed for passing of Air from air compressor for back washing of filter media and shall be connected with DI Pipes. (ii) Bends wherever required shall be measured in running meter.

Supply and fix PP Nozzles (polypropelyne ) for rapid sand gravity filter suitable for drinking water of not less than 350mm in length and 25mm dia , suitable to 2 - 10 KG pressure , max 1 cum/hr flow rate complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- (i) The Nozzle has two parts mainly Filter & Stem. Filter usually has slots for restricting the resin or gravel from passing through along with water. The Filter nozzle is generally fitted to the under drain bed with the threaded stem inserted in to the holes where it will be bolted to the plate with washers & Nuts. (ii) Suitable for rapid sand gravity filters. Filter nozzle with vertical slots. Easily cleaned by backwash. Wide set of threads and stems. (iii) Sample of material shall be provided before procuurement of material alongwith its all technical specifications.

Supply & Fix in replacement Motor Control Panel made of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet single door indoor type with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish and factory assembled, The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-54 , front side double door type with locking arrangement and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, electrolytic grade of adequate rating or specified below. The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding.
