Replacement of Obsolete 145kV CTs (Electric Field make) installed at L.V side of 220/132KV transformer-1st at 220KV S/S Jhunsi under ETD-I Prayagraj. Job includes dismantling of 145kV CTs by opening of its earthing, jumpers, clamps/connectors. Safely unloading of these CTs with the help of manually/crane and safely transportation from work place to stacking place as per direction of site in-charge. Shifting of new 145Kv CTs from store to working place, erection of these CTs with the help of manually/crane including earthing, cabling, termination, jumpering & tightening of clamps/connectors including cost of all labour, glands, ferrules, earthing strip/copper bond, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges,welding electrodes etc. a) 220/132KV 200MVA Transformer-1st LV CT (Electric Field Make)

Proper and safe dismantling of old Relay/Protection panels. Job includes checking of cable, disconnection and removing of cable, removing of earthing strips, opening of bolts and safe shifting of panels from control room to stacking place as per direction of site incharge. a) Protection Panel 220kV Sarangapur Line bay b) Protection Panel 220kV Jaunpur Line bay

Erection and commissioning of new Relay/Protection panels at 220KV S/S Phulpur, Prayagraj. Job includes shifting of panels from stacking place to control room, its proper fixing over panel rack, proper tightening with bolts, making sufficient no of holes on base plate of different size as required, checking/ identifying and termination of control cable in panel as per schedule using proper size of cable glands and ferrules and proper earthing using proper size of MS Strip, including cost of all labor, glands, ferrules, earthing strip/copper bond, T&P welding electrodes etc. a) Protection Panel 220kV Sarangapur Line bay b) Protection Panel 220kV Jaunpur Line bay

Replacement of old/obsolete 145KV CB installed at 132/33KV 63MVA Transformer I and II bay at 132KV substation Jhunsi under ETD-I Prayagraj by way of opening of its earthing, jumper, clamps/connectors. Safely shifting of these CBs with the help of manually/crane and safely transportation from work place to stacking place as per direction of site in-charge. Shifting of new 145kV CB from stacking place to working site with the help of manually/crane. Erection of the new 145Kv CBs along with modification of foundation using channels/angles, if required including earthing, cabling termination jumpering and tightening of clamp/connectors. The work also include measuring of contact resistance close and opening time by CB analyser including Cost of all labour, glands, ferrules, earthing strip, Channels, T&P, Hy.dra/Crane hiring charges, welding electrodes etc. 1) 63MVATransformer-I (HV Side) 2) 63MVA Transformer-II (HV Side) 3) 132kV Hetapatti line bay.
