Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of 'B' class medium duty G.I. pipe (25 mm) conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings likes elbows, tees, flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc, and fixing the pipe with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with 2 or more coats of suitable synthetic enamel paints as per instruction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and fixing of Ball Valves size 25 mm for flow control to nozzles conforming to relevant IS Standards.

Providing and fixing of Ball Valves size 40 mm for flow control to nozzles conforming to relevant IS Standards.

Providing and fixing of Brass mist nozzle 12.5 mm.

Providing and fixing of Brass hopper nozzle 12.5 mm.

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 15 nos. 2). Only VTC trained workers will be allowed at the worksite. 3). Safety of working personnel will be the responsibility of the contractor. 4). All tools, tackles and welding machine will be the responsibility of the contractor. 5). Industrial gases and Welding Electrodes will be in the scope of the contractor.
