M&L for collecting unserviceable ceiling fans 1200mm sweep 230 V, AC, single phase from store yard of AGE E/M, dismantling the ceiling fan and taking out complete burnt winding from fan motor and rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge & size including thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling varnishing the fan with and including replacement of rusted/unserviceable nuts, bolts, split pin, rubber reel, flexible twin core copper cable of size 23/.00076 approximate one metre long for each fan, machine screws etc, depositing the repaired fan to store yard complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but 1400mm sweep fan of any make & type/model complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep of any make & type / model complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 380 mm sweep of any make & type/model complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 350 mm sweep of any make & type/model complete all as specified and directed .

Note For Srl No.1 to 8:- The rewinding shall be carried out in the AGE E/M Store Yard for which rent as per Clause in PSS-II shall be deducted from contracator's payment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement dry type capacitor of capacity 2.5 MFD suitable for any make and type of fan including taking down old unserviceable capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement dry type capacitor of capacity 4.0 MFD suitable for any make and type of fan including taking down old unserviceable capacitor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the defected ball bearing of ceiling fans/ exhaust fans/ air circulator fans / cabin fans/ table fans/ pedestal fans and supply & fixing new ball bearing suitable for existing housing of No.6201, 6202 including necessary mchine work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.11.00 (here-in-before) but of No. 6203 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the worn out Gun Metal Bush and supply and fixing new Gun metal bush of suitable size for any sweep and make of ceilingl fan/ exhaust fan/ pedestal fan / table fan / air circulator / cabin fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing resistance type regulator with five stepping for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep type 230V complete including taking down defective/unserviceable regulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F fan Regulator stepped type electronic suitable watt, flush type 230/240 volt for 1200 / 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan & connecting up complete on body & base of laminated top sheet cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the worn out / defective blades of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep and supply & fixing new blade of same size in set of three alongwith fixing screws and spring washers complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No.16.00 (here-in-before) but ceiling fan of size 1400mm sweep complete acomplete all as specified and directed .

Labour only for attending complaints of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan at various locations including checking the safety by taking down & checking of rubber bush, nut, bolt and locking pin of ceiling hook, fan down rod, canopy, U clamp etc for safety to avoid fall down the ceiling fan and rectify the sameby by replacing with new spare parts/components complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Spare parts required against checking/attending complaint shall be measured and paid for seperately. (ii) The contractor or his representative will attend the office of the Engineer-in-Charge daily (working day) at 09:30 hours to collect the complaint slip and shall provide two mechnics for repair the fans and cost of the same is included in the quoted rate.The complaint will be completed/done within 24 hours from the time of issue of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 50/- per complaint per daywill be recovered from contractor due's and contractor will not have any claim on this account complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only only new hanging rod 300mm long for any make and of any type of ceiling fan complete having two Nos holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 'U' clamp and rubber reel, nut, bolt and spit pin of superior quality for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only canopy set suitable for any make/ size of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only bottom cover with screw suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for painting of ceiling fan of any make of size 1200/1400mm with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint with spray gun including preparing surface and making smooth the surface of body, blade, down rod etc even and smooth/ including writing SM/MES No where directed after painting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement blade screw suitable for various sizes / make ceiling fan ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan hook size of 16 mm dia MS bars, fixed to RCC roof or purlin for hanging of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable point wiring and M & L for point wiring for one light / fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in existing conduit, and existing sunken boxes controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM (1:3) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A' ).

Taking out unserviceable point wiring and M&L point wiring for one light point / bell point /ceiling fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia, medium duty, ISI marked flush to surface for one light point/fan point of 5 Amp controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A' ).

S& F switch piano flush type, 6 Amp 240 Volt, AC (ISI Marked) one way etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F one switch & one socket outlet 5 Pin 5 Amp 230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Switch and socket shall be of same make.

S&F one switch socket outlet multipurpose 3 Pin 5 Amp and 3 Pin 15 Amp 230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Switch and socket shall be of same make.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65mm x 50mm, 3 terminals with back plate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing regulator for ceiling fan electronic step type suitable for 1200/1400 ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Regal batten for LED tube with single LED lamp 1x 20W, ultra bright glass LED Tubelight with very high efficancy suited for installation in T5/T8 fitting with lamp holders etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as directed . Make & Model No for Batten : Crompton Cat Part No. REGALBATTEN cat part No. DIJB12LTB-20 and LED Lam Crompton Cat Part No. LGT8-20-865-2 or equivalent model of any make given in Appendix 'B' of tender documents, Cat Part No. as approved by GE.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit of Rs. 1,62,591.00
