M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as filing in mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (type B-1), 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Columns/Pedestal , pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 4 here in before but 5mm to 10mm dia but in stirrups.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete fair finished, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. ® conform to Fe-410-w Grade E-250 quality A.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. Make- JSW /TATA/ ESSAR

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out as in hard soil.

M&L for hard core of broken stone gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete1:4:8 Type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring 100mm thick finished even and rough without using extra cement including spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal whilest the concrete is green all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide incl preparation of new steel surfaces not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removing excavated Soil to a distance exc. 1.50km out side MD Land all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6 (Type C1)(20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6, complete.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for Two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts FRLS grade, multi stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit of suitable size, complete with all PVC conduit accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, including metal flux boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting modular switches, sockets and regulators etc, including all cutting/chases etc in walls and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point /Fan point/ Bell Point controlled by one switch.

Supply & fixing modular switch 06 Amps 1 module complete all as specified & directed.

S & F MCB SP 6-32 Amps, 'C' series, 240 V complete incl making conections all as specified and directed.

S&F LED PC batten light fitting of 4 feet 20 watt, with energy efficient LED and integrated electronic driver of 20W fitting including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor upto ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ceiling rose surface type, 65mm x 50mm three terminals, 3 phase / PVC / polycarbonate isolated body all as specified.

S & F MCB DB SPN 4 Way with 200 Amps rated busbar, Double door, 240 volts flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SPN 32 Amps, 'C' series, 240 V complete incl making conections all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying riddled earth soil conformed IS-1255, cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15cm deep before laying the cable and 8 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick laid dry flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 32 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2.0 core.
