Strengthening of the road from Sarvothayasangam road to Mamudimanapalli road Km 0/0 - 1/850 in Patchur Panchayat in Natrampalli Block ( R - 34 )

Clearing the scrub jungles including cutting the scrubs and removing away from site etc complete

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils and subsoils including shoring and strutting with initial lead and lift etc complte, as per MOST specification asper SS20 A.

Collection and supply of Girrty gravel for side berms and labour charges for filling etc complete

Picking for existing BT Surface including cost and all labour charges etc.,

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) with 50 mm compacted thick which work shall cosist of constrcution of single course of compacted croached aggregates premixed bituminous binder 60/70 grade at the requirement 3.5 consist weight

Providing and laying the premix carpet with seal coat type a for 20mm thickness using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm IRC HBG metal and 0.09 Cum of 11.2 mm IRC HBG metal with 14.60 Kg of bitumen for pre mixing 10 Sqm of premix carpet ,for seal coat using 0.09 Cum of 6.70 mm chips with 9.80 Kgs of bitumen per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the Dept metric gauge for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 80-100 KN, power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for the pre mix carpet application of bitumen for the seal coat over pre mix carpet , hire charges and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant bitumen boiler power roller and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 509 of most specifications

Construction of Retaining wall at ch 450 ,700, 850 m

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay soil etc complete for open foundation as per SS 20 B

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing laying and compacting etc. complete

Supplying and errecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.20 m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel of size 0.90 cm x 60 cm and 10 guage stilfaned welded with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak (c-word) joint of size 10 cm x 6.50 cm dia spaced about cnter to center and supported by casuarinas propels of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed for the following items

Supply and fixing of weep holes using 90mm PVC Pipes including cost of all site etc.,

Construction of 3.0 m RCC Slab Culvert at Main road ch 700 m

Dismantling Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Dismantling RR Masonry Wall using Cm 1:5 mix using Rough Stone metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Dismantling Reinforced Cement Concrete 1: 1 1/2: 3 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.
