M&L for applying epoxy based bond coat using brush and applying polymer concrete (not less than 20 mm thick) in the proportion of (1:3:1) one part of cement 3 part of sand and 1 part of 10 mm and down stone aggregate using 8-10 kg of acrylic based polymer per 50 kg bag of cement all as manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: For item No 20 to 25 : The rates should include necessary formwork, scaffolding for repair to work @ height exc 3.00 mtr of the building
