Design, Fabrication and Construction of Maintenance Hangar of Size 50m x 42m x 4m clear height + Eaves height, plinth height 0.15m (FFL matching with adjoining Dispersal), etc with Pre-Engineered Building structure (PEB), as per specification given in Particular Specifications, with sloping galvalume sheet roofing (0.5mm thick profiled pre-colour coated galvalume sheet roofing) including turboventilators at appropriate locations, RCC (M-30 design mix) foundation and pedestal, Galvalume sheet wall cladding, bird proofing, Telescopic motorised hangar sliding door shutter with track rail, also including necessary strenghtening for seismic zone -III, (Excluding Flooring of maintanance hall and storage area Portion) complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Design, Fabrication and Construction of CPA Hangar of size 42m x 17m x 3.6m clear height + Eaves height, plinth height 0.15m (FFL matching with adjoining Dispersal), etc with Pre-Engineered Building structure (PEB), as per specification given in Particular Specifications, with sloping galvalume sheet roofing (0.5mm thick profiled pre-colour coated galvalume sheet roofing), RCC (M-30 design mix) foundation and pedestal, Galvalume sheet wall cladding, bird proofing, Telescopic motorised hangar sliding door shutter with track rail, also including necessary strenghtening for seismic zone -III, (Excluding Flooring of CPA Hanger Portion) complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Note for item No 1.21 to 1.22- The PEB Structure shall be designed, fabricated, erected and commissioned through PEB Approved manufacturer given in Clause no 18.1 of Particular Specifications. The Design of PEB Structure shall be vetted from IIT/NIT further shall sent to Accepting Officer (E2 (Des)) for checking and approval at no extra cost to the department and rate for same shall be included in the Lumpsum quoted by the bidder.

Design, Fabrication and Construction of Annexe building on both side and rear side of Maintenance hangar height 3.2m minimum, in Light Gauge Steel Framed (LGSF) Structure,as per specification given in Particular Specifications, including 0.5mm thick profiled pre-colour coated galvalume sheet roofing, internal & External walls with 150mm thick Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Core Panel System, supporting structure of Loft Tank in toilet, RCC (M-25 design mix) foundation and plinth, Flooring as given in Sch of finishes, Sound proofing to briefing Room and Crew Room including necessary strenghtening for seismic zone -III, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawings.

Note for item No 1.24 to 1.26- The LGSF Structure shall be designed, fabricated, erected and commissioned through Approved manufacturer given in Clause no 19.1 of Particular Specifications. Such firm must have obtained "Performance Appraisal Certificate" for LGSF/EPS core wall system from Building Material and Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The Design of LGSF Structure shall be vetted from IIT/NIT further shall sent to Accepting Officer (E2 (Des)) for checking and approval at no extra cost to the department and rate for same shall be included in the Lumpsum quoted by the bidder.

Design, Fabrication and Construction of Car/Scooter parking shed of Structural steel tubular posts and trusses structure in permanent specification height 3.2m minimum with RCC foundation and plinth, with 0.5mm thick profiled pre-colour coated galvalume sheet roofing, Flooring, etc including necessary strenghtening for seismic zone -III, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawings.

SCH 'A PART XIII (Miscellaneous B/R and E/M works) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 6 signifies this fact only

Provide Prime Cost Sum of Rs. 25 Lakhs for the following:- Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following items all as specified and directed. (a) Fire detection and alarm system complete with fire alarm panel complying with BSEN 54 as per required loop panel of capacity from required detectors & modules including copper wiring, hooters, siren, detectors, response indicatores, mannual call points including heat and smoke detectors all as per ISO 7240-14: 2013 all as specified and directed. (b) Sprinkler system complete with sprinklers/ rossett plate/ flexible metal hose of 1 mtr length/ water flow detectors. Sprinkler sys should be as per IS 15105 : 2002 including requred size of pipes and fixing accessories all as specified and directed. (c) Design of water supply headers in pump house building and connected items such as pressure switch/ pressure gauge/ panel etc all as specified and directed.(d) Balance items other than schedule which are considered necessary for fire hydrant system. (e) Incorporation of CFEES reccommendations while designing complete system. (f) The complete system shall be got designed from OEM/ approved consutant of fire fighting system as per relavent IS and NFPA codes.The design shall be got vetted from IIT/NIT or any authorised Govt Institute.

Note :(i) Prime cost sum shall be got expended wholly or partly and work to be executed by the persons / agency nominated by Accepting Officer and ordered by GE as per Condition 5 of IAFW - 2249, GCC. (ii) The amount of Prime cost sum of Rs. 25,00,000.00 indicated above is Prepriced by MES and the Add/Deduct percentage (%) will be indicated under col 6 of this BOQ over the sum inserted by MES and bidders are requested to quote his lumpsum under col 13 in such a way that the percentage (%) worked out shall not be more than 15% (Fifteen Percent). In case the percentage worked out more than (+) 15% over the lumpsum amount inserted by MES in that case the percentage (%) will be corrected to ensure as (+) 15% only. Also refer Condition 5 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contracts).

ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Specifically designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field condition. The accoustic enclosure is made of CRCS sheet in munsel green shade and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black.

The hot chamber of the canopy shall be properly insulated by mineral wool and aluminium foil to prevent excess heat radiation.

BASE FRAME : The Diesel engine and alternator shall be perfectly aligned and assembled dynamically balanced on a sturdy, fabricated, welded construction, channel iron base frame. Base frame shall have lifting provisions and predrilled holes suitable for grouted foundation.

AMF Panel : AMF panel with incoming MCCB of 4 pole, 415V, 400 Amps and change over switch with 415 V ± 10% suitable capacity as reccommended by manufaturer with main power supply & DG Set power supply indication with voltmeter & Ammeter and miltifunction meter for various operations as reccommended by manufaturer & push button for stop, reset and acknowledge with IP 52 degree protection as per IS: 12063 and shall be provided with automatic start facility to make it possible to take full load within 30 seconds of main power supply failure. Testing facility for automatic opertaion of DG Set shall be provided.

M&L for fabrication and installation of GI pipe bracket made of medium grade tubing of size 40mm dia duly bended by hot forging after filling of sand, length 1.20 mtr including two pairs of MS flat strip clamps 30 x 5mm with GI bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/Sqcm, laid in trenches of size 100 mm dia suitable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of ISI marked single headed 63 mm dia gun metal Hydrant Valve flanged including 63 mm female installation outlet confirmig to IS 5290 on the fire wet riser/ down corner including making 80 NB pipe connection with reser fixing with reser the landing valves in proper positions, including supply of nuts, bolts, gaskets, caps, chains etc. Testing the hydrant and completing the work in all respect all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Pump Control Panel (MCC). The control part should have logic such that, in the event of any hose reel or landing valve is opened, then the pressure in the line drops and the pressure switches installed on the pump manifold give the indication for the jockey pumpto start, if more than one landing valves are opened then as sufficient pressure is not built up in the line by jockey pump, hence it will stop and main pump starts. Floor/Mounting/ wall Mounting all as specified and directed.

Supply only fire ladder aluminium with wheel mounted 25 feet high with above 8 feet extended type, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing pressure switch with 12/ 15 mm dia, isolation valve, GI nipple,elbow etc in an approved manner all as specified and as directed.

M& L for cutting of existing CI tubing of size 300mm bore for taking out branch connection of CI pipe 300mm dia including one number CI reducer tee of size 300mmx300mmx100mm all ends socketed type 01No., tail piece CI 300mm spigot and socketed 02No., run lead joints 300mm 4 joints and 100mm 01 joint including jointing material and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specifed and as directed.
