Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins arches pillars etc.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, using old size bricks

All as per description of serial item No 02 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified (old bricks shall be reused).

All as per description of serial item No 02 here in before but in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick precast cement concrete jallies PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description thickness including raking out joint hacking for key scubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortal 1.4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one priming coat all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n-exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground floors.)

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lean mass concrete, subbase etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor, 100mm thick laid in alternate bays all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured factory made tiles 300x300x25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with grey cement and using pigment as in paths complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sides of rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete (M-35) factory made, machine pressed interlocking paver blocks of any colour, shape & size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 80 mm thick precast cement concrete (M-40) factory made, machine pressed interlocking paver blocks of any colour, shape & size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in Cement Mortar (1:4) as in landings, drains cover slabs, chajjas, shelves and similar articles including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old stone/concrete surface of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate colours if required as per site) complete all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, flats and MS round bars but excluding framed truss etc.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-410- W (Gde-E-250) quality-B

S&F mild steel black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding welded steel gates and similar work including round headed screws clout nails or rivet and fixed wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints or welded including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embeded portion in natural ground and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/barbed wire, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out in soft / loose soil returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cum all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including, embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild Steel work in flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engrneer-in-charge. Note :- Nuts and bolts will be paid separately.

S&F Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. Note : Size of Mesh 75x75x3 mm

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-in bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut of length bent to shape including binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, 12 mm dia, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged lewised, n exc 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Preparation of old steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed
