5.1: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying of the primer at the rate of 0.60 kg per Sqm using mechanical means.This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royalty and all aplicable taxes complete as directed. ii) Medium Porisity

5.3: Providing Bituminous Macadam : i) For grading-II (Nominal Size 19mm down). Providing and laying Bituminous Maccadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average of 75 tonnes per hour.This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royalty and all aplicable taxes complete as directed .

5.2: Providing Tack Coat: (i) Normal Bituminous surface @ 0.25 Kg/sqm. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg per sqm on the prepared granular/bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom, etc complete. This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royalty and all aplicable taxes complete as directed .

5.8: Providing Surface Dressing. Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified sizes on a layer of bituminous binder laid on a preparwed surface and rolling with 8-10 tonnes smooth steel wheel road roller .This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royality and all aplicable taxes complete as directed.

5.9: Open-graded Premix Surfacing. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades .This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royality and all aplicable taxes complete as directed. Case-1. Mechanical method using penetration grade bitumen and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hour (i) Bitumen VG-10 (80/100)

5.11: Seal Coat. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats .This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royality and all aplicable taxes complete as directed.

3.13: Excavation for Structures. Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. 8.7: Painting two coats on New Concrete Surfaces. Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered conctrete surfaces. This includes loading unloading, haulage , forest royality and all aplicable taxes complete as directed.
