Overhauling of compressor of model SMC 4-100 and make 'ACCEL' including taking down unserviceable parts and refixing new parts where ever necessary complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge after the pumping down the complete system and collecting the refrigerant into container, compressor oil into clean container, disconnecting the compressor from suction & discharge side and including leak testing of compressor after reassembling the parts, recharging/ filling retrieved oil & gas, replacement of belt if required, refixing in its original position, connecting, testing and commissioning upto satisfactory cooling performance, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Spare parts , refrigerant (gas) and compressor oil for top up if required shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Metal filling, grinding, polishing spring, washer, quarter pin and consumable items such as grease, cotton waste, etc., are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Belt shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of panel air filters, dry type, washable, rated air flow capacity 1600CFM efficiency 99.9%, down to particle 20 micron of sizes 600x500x43mm or nearest in AHU of Central AC plant all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repair/replacement of Solenoid pilot control valve, Type 10 with coil assembly as per OEM suitable for 36TR AC plant. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for taking out old unserviceable spares/item and provision of new spares/ item.

Material and Labour for cleaning/ servicing the cooling coil of AHU AC plant by pressure air method with air blower and cleaning the cooling coil with cleaning solution, cleaning the AHU base tray completely and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint inside the base tray including greasing to AHU blower shaft bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU filter replacement of 'V' belt (if required), etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 'V' belt shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only" under respective item of this Schedule .

Material and Labour for leak testing of AHU unit cooling coil of AC plant after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point by means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerant, testing and commissioning upto satisfactory cooling performance of the plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning/ servicing of cooling tower , natural draught type of central AC plant including cleaning of wooden louvers by scraping inside and outside, cleaning of water tank, cleaning of nozzles (Brass/PVC), arranging all wooden louvers in correct manners, and applying one coat of bituminous paint inside and outside of water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of central AC plant 72TR (2x 36TR + 1 x 36 Stand by) capacity in DHANVANTARI Hospital and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint to external surfaces of compressor-03Nos, compressor motor-03Nos, foundation of compressor & motor units-03Nos, suction & discharge refrigerant pipe line, condenser water pump with motor & foundation-02Nos, water pipe line, AHU unit-01No, AHU Motor-01No, Condenser-03Nos all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for servicing of water cooled scroll chiller type central air conditioning plant of 3x50 TR capacity (HQ 34 WEU)comprising of hermetically sealed scroll compressor using R-407C refrigerant driven with 2 pole squirrel cage induction motor refrigerant cooled, 3phase, 415V, water cooled condenser and DX cooler with thermostatic expansion valve with in-built control panel having microprocessor control for operation of compressor, condenser, cooler having features of auto operation, run time equalisation, memory back up, auto restart after power failure, built in time delay, fault diagnostics, etc. including taking down unserviceable parts and refixing new parts where ever necessary complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge after the pumping down the complete system and collecting the refrigerant into container including leak testing of compressor after reassembling the parts, recharging/ filling retrieved gas, connecting, testing and commissioning upto satisfactory cooling performance, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for leak testing one in number walk-in-freezer/walk-in-cooler comprising of condenser units and evaporator units with pressure testing the complete plant by dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side, brazing and low side, rectifying the leakage by gas welding, brazing, pressure testing, vaccumising gas, gas charging the system with existing Refrigerant gas, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in repair/ replacement hermitically sealed unit compressor 4.5/5 TR capacity as approved by OEM & GE suitable for working on R-22 gas including charging the system with gas, taking out old unserviceable hermitically sealed unit compressor 4.5/5 TR capacity, 3 phase, 440Volts, AC from outdoor unit of cold storage by means of disconnecting the suction and discharge refrigerant pipe line, electrical connection, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. All as per Item 151 above, but compressor of 4.5TR capacity of make 'Danfoss', suitable for working on R-404A gas.

Supply and fix in repair drain outlet PVC pipe 15mm dia connected from rear side of AC upto drain with necessary clamps and fixtures, fixed on wall and floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Compressor oil N-68. [Make : SERVO, Sheetal or equivalent as approved by GE]

Supply only Refrigerant gas R-22 in manufacturer's sealed cylinder.

Supply only Refrigerant gas R-404 A in manufacturer's sealed cylinder.

Supply only Refrigerant gas R-407/410 in manufacturer's sealed cylinder.

Note: Item Nos 157 to 160 : Empty cylinder shall be returned to contractor. (ii) Payment shall be made for net weight of gas.

Material and Labour for Servicing to dehumidifiers of Model FFB-170, FFB-300 & FFB-600 by dismantling and checking the following :- (a) Motor and starters/contactors for any loose connection/ unserviceability (b) Check bed speed and bed drive (c) Cleaning of air filters (d) Lubricating the bearings of motors/fan etc,. (e) Adjustment of sprocket wheel and chain (f) Checking of reduction gear unit, flexible connection of process and reactivation fans (g) Checking of air pressure balancing and air flow of the system. [Note : Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' as "supply only".]
