Foundation Excavation

Site preparation including clearing, curbing, levelling, marking. Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for foundations to the required depth as per the drawings (STR - 4 to 17) and section 4 of Technical specifications with excavator, manually and depositing at suitable location for future use for all lifts and all leads including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, dewatering etc., in all types of soil including soft rock.

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer to the required dry density by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of compaction equipement and testing.

Removing the excess earth by mechanical means to the dumping yard or any specified area of dumping. This include the cost of all machinery, manpower, tools, etc., all required to complete the scope.

PCC and RCC in Foundations

Preparation, Supply and placing in position blinding concrete (PCC) produced in Batching Plant of Grade M100 for foundations to the thickness as per the drawings including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate 20mm nominal size, water etc., to site including hire charges for the batching plant, concrete pump, and all other labour charges for pumping, laying concrete, compacting, curing, collection of samples & testing as per the requirement etc. complete as per technical specifications & standard practices

Preparation, Supply and placing in position of the Reinforced concrete of Grade M250 for foundations as per the approved drawings (STR - 4 to 17) produced in Batching Plant using 20 mm hard granite down-graded metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including hire charges for the batching plant, concrete pump, and all other labour charges for pumping, laying concrete, compacting, curing, collection of samples & testing as per the approved QA & QC etc. complete as per standard practices, also including cost of steel, its fabrication charges, formwork, centering, and shuttering for finished item of work.

Supply & placing of horizontal water barrier with cement mortor 1:2 as per to the thickness as per foundation structural drawings including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), water etc., to site including hire charges Weigh-Batcher, and all other labour charges for placing, curing, collection of samples & testing as per the approved QA & QC etc. complete as per standard practices, all inclusive.

Providing & applying bitumen water/damp proofing course to the surface of foundations in contact with backfilled soil as per approved drawings and technical specification section 20 including supply, preparation of foundations surface, application, other labour charges complete for the finished product.

Beam & Column Works

Supply and placing of the Reinforced concrete of Grade M250 with approved mix design for all beams & columns as per the approved drawings (STR - 20 to 101(ii)) produced in Batching Plant using 20 mm hard granite down-graded metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including hire charges for the batching plant, concrete pump, and all other labour charges for pumping, laying concrete, compacting, curing, collection of samples & testing as per the approved QA & QC etc. complete as per standard practices, also including cost of steel, fixing in position and tying its fabrication charges, formwork, centering, and shuttering for finished item of work as per respective technical specifications.

Slab Casting works

Preparing and casting of all floor slabs including elevator shaft, concrete parapet,concrete slab of elevator shaft & door canopies with Reinforced concrete of grade M250 with approved mix design as per drawings (STR -102 to 144) produced in Batching Plant using 20 mm hard granite down-graded metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including hire charges for the batching plant, concrete pump, and all other labour charges for pumping, laying concrete, compacting, curing, collection of samples & testing as per the approved QA & QC etc. complete as per standard practices, also including cost of steel, placing, tying, its fabrication charges, formwork, centring, and shuttering for finished item of work as per respective technical specifications.

Wall & Interior Wall works

Building of outer / exterior walls with 360mm thick D850 Autoclave aerated concrete (AAC) blocks as per (MNS EN 771-4:2016) with cement-lime mortar as per the specifications (sr.no.17 of technical specification) and shown on architectural drawings including provision of reinforcing mesh at every 0.6m height along it's entire length. This include cost of ACC blocks supply, storage, materials like cement, lime, sand with labour all inclusive for the finished product.

Construction of 250mm thick internal walls with red bricks with cement-lime mortar as per (sr.no.17) of the technical specifications and drawings including provision of reinforcing mesh at every 0.6m height along it's entire length.This include cost of red bricks supply, storage, materials like cement, lime, sand with labour all inclusive for the finished product.

Insulation of exterior wall with 100mm thick stone wool panels as per MNS EN 13162: 2011 Mineral wool (MW) products for buildings as shown in Architecture drawings AD-4, as per the technical specifications (Sr.no. 21) and as the Architectural & structural drawings. This include all materials, labour, scaffoldings, fixtures, adhesives, fasteners, complete for the finished product.

Doors & Windows & Curtain Wall

Manufacturing, Supplying and placing in position Interior doors of light color wooden doors of good quality, water & moisture resistant as per (MNS-4753:2011), Main entrance and auxiliary entrance will be drak gray metal frame doors with laminated glass sets as per the models shown on drawings. Orientation of doors shall be as per the drawings (AD-15, Door & window schedule) Manufacturing, Supplying and placing in position all windows be made with white plastic frame with laminated glass package with 3 double glasses as per (MNS-5830:2008) standard, glazing, guters & stone pedestals.Windows fixing shall be as per the drawings (AD-15, Door & window schedule) Manufacturing, Supplying and placing in position of glass Curtain wall consits of drak gray steel frame with heat & cold insulation with EPDM(MNS-4753:2011) standard double rubber gasket with 6mm thick blue -reduced dried glass bundles. The item should be executed as per the drawings and specifications given on drawings AD-16,17&18. Glass facades inside the rooms to have one or two open windows for air excahange. Rate quoted includes manufacture, supply and installation in position as per the drawings, with all fixetures, latches, locks, door closers & all others materials needed for smooth operation of doors & windows usage, providing spray foam to all the gaps to seal & insulate etc., complete including labour for fixing in position.

Metal Roofing Work

Gymnasium building has 15m long steel beam to be manufactured by cutting steel sheets of C245, GOST 27772-88, GOST 19903-74 Standard steel, manufactured with fully automatic arc and spot welding. Welding & assembling of the steel structure shall be as per the specifications mentioned on the drawings. Cost includes manufacturing, assembling of steel structure, bolts, nuts, washers, positining of frames, steel rope joints, bearing plates, temporary structures if requred, as per the specifications and drawings (STR-159 to 166) Construction of steel structure shall be executed according to BNbD 53-02--03 "Steel structure" Covering the roof with corrugated sheets Model: YX75-600-1.2 (1200mm thickness) Material: Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel with zinc coating Z60-Z275 g/m2, as per specifications on the drawings.

Manufacturing, Assembling steel beams & painting with 2 coats metallic paint as per drawings and specifications

Providing Cement screed of 20mm thickenss on RCC, Providing vapour bitumen sheet of 1 layer, Insulation with foam board of thickness 300mm, p=30 kg/m3, Providing waterproof bitumen sheet of 1 layer, Providing concrete screed with wire mesh 30mm, M100, ф48pi, Providing Polymer membrane LOGICROOF V-GR FB t=1.2 -2.0mm over Bitumen primer coating, all as per specifications and methodology as shown on drawings( AD 9 to 12, AD-28, AD-29), all inclusive.

Floor Work

Supplying and providing/fixing different floors with Stone tile, Ceramic tile, PVC parquet, Wooden floor(Floor board) as per the specifications and methodology in different rooms as detailed in the drawings( AD-18 to 21). Rate quoted includes supply and fixing and finishing the flooring including materials and laborfor the finished product.

Casting of reinforced concrete staircase for all floors with M250 grade concrete, including supply of concrere from batching plant, steel rinforcement, fabrication, form work, placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing etc., all inclusive as per the drawings (AD-22 to AD 24) (STR-149 to STR-152) and & specifications of staircase.

Procuring, assembling & fixing of metal railing and Braille staircase handrail for stairs including painting two coats with Gren iron paint (RBG 145 186 74) as per the drawings (AD-22 to AD 24) of staircase. The cost includes supply of materials, fabrication, finishing, painting, labour, for finished product.

Procuring and fixing of anti-slip stair strip on the edge of all stairs as shown in the drawings.

Procuring, fabrication, assembling & fixing of 2 external steel staircase and 2 steel emergency escape ladders as shown in the drawings including painting two coats with dark gray iron paint (RBG 145 186 74) as per the drawings AD-25 and STR-167, 168 of staircase inclusive of materials, labour etc.,

Interior Work

Wall finishing work inside the building should be executed acccording to BNbD 31-10-05. All the works shall be carried out as per the details & speciifcations given in structural & architectural drawings AD-1 to AD-3.

All the internal walls & Ceiling shall be plastered as per the specifications with Cement lime mortor to the line & level required to recive further layers of finishes. This includes all doors and windows edges, stairs bottom and sides. This includes all scafoldings, men & machinery, material, curing etc.,

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris punning on walls & Ceiling for true level.

Applying Glossy colored oil paints as per the color shades mentioned on drawings (AD-2 & AD-3)as per the specifications to all plastered walls

Applying white emulsion paints to ceilings as mentioned on drawings (AD-2 & AD-3)as per the specifications

Providing, fixing in position Modular suspended ceiling system in areas as shown in the drawings(AD-2 & AD-3) as per the specifications & materials provided in drawings AD-37& AD-38 Ceiling made of KNAUF Sheets on a Metal Frame - Weight of 1 sqm of ceiling -about 13 kgs

Providing & fixing wall clading ceramic tiles in all restrooms as shown in the drawings (AD-26 & AD-27)to the specifications. The color and fixing height given in the drawings to be followed. Fixing the clading tiles with glue to the line and level. The rate quoted is inclusive of tiles, fixing to the line and level, labour & grouting of the tile joints etc., all inclusive.

Assembling the walls of the restrooms with ready-made wooden stuctures

Exterior Works

Plastering of external walls with high quality cement-lime mortor for 20mm thick as per the specifications and drawings complete including materials, labour, scaffolding, finsihing, curing etc. as approved by the design author

Providing and fixing Aluminum façade as per the specifications and drawings including all fixutures, cladding supports, cladding channels, rubber gasket, Plastic expansion tube, anchor bolts, providing & removing temporary scaffolding, labour all inclusive to complete as per the drawings (AD-30 to AD-36). Color of Aluminum pannels shall be be as per the drawings/approved by the design author.

Providing and fixing of Drak gray stone tiles to the external at foundaton level as shown in the drawings (AD-30 to AD-36) as per the specifications all inclusive of material, glue for sticking, labour, all necessary fixtures, etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Design Author

Providing plinth protecton all arround the building as per the drawing & specification with M150 concrete including preparation of surfcae, placing of concrete to line and level as per the drawings, finishing, curing etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including hire charges for the batching plant, concrete pump, and all other labour charges for pumping for the finished product as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Design Author

Heating & Ventilation system

All equipment supplied shall be in accordance with the Specification and the relevant drawings and to the approval of the Engineer/ by and from design author. Equipment, catalogue and manufacturer's specifications must be submitted for the examination and details shall be submitted to the Engineer/ Design Author for approval before any equipment is to be ordered. Comply with all codes and standards as noted on the drawings (HVAC - 1 to 42) The heat supply source will be a centralized system and the temperature of heat transfer medium is 90/70 °C. The heating system will be a 2-pipe dead-end circulation system. Installation of mechanical air intake system for air exchange. Providing of heating & Ventilation system to the building as per the drawings & specifications including installation, testing, trial run, commissioning and validaton with design author all complete and inclusive as per the drawings.

Water Supply, Sanitary & Fire Extinguishing System

Providing of water supply and sanitary system as per the drawings and specifications all including supply, installation testing and comissioning of the system and validating the system by and from the design author. Water supply system consists of hot & cold water system, fire water system, inclusive of all fittings and fixtures and plumbing material for efficient working of the system. Sanitary system includes all the fixtures in the rest rooms as per the drawings, the plumbing connections, pipes and other fixtures for efficient working of the system from collection to the disposal point all inclusive as per the drawings & Specifications. Fire extinguishing water system by 2 beam fire hydrants with 2.5 l/s at all points as per BNbD40-05-16 and as per the specifications and drawings. The water supply & sanitary system includes internal & external system as per the drawings. The work includes supply of all materials, installation testing and commissioning as per drawings, including all fixture, CP fittings, plumbing materials, complete as shown in drawings (AD-26 to 27) and (WSSS -01 to 16)

Electrical Equipment, Internal & External Lighting and Lightening Protection works

Supply, errection / fixing, testing and commissioning of all electrical equipments and interior & Exterior lighting, Lightening protection arrangement as per the drawings & specifications provided on the drawings and complete in all respect of the same including validation by and from the design author. This includes supply of Input distribution, Equipment & Lighting panels, Conduit & Cables network, Electrical Equipments, internal & external lighting fixtures, Grounding & Lightening protection as per the Electrical drawings ED -1 to ED-33 and Internal Lighting drawings IL -1 to IL-9. The electrical panels includes General electrical panels, ABP panels, Lighting panels, Emergency lighting panels, Device panels etc., as per the material schedules provided in the drawings. Supply & fixing of all electrical fixtures as shown in the drawings in all rooms & external fittings and fixtures as shown as per the specifications and drawings Also includes provision of emergency lighting & air purifiers in rooms as per the drawings & specifications.

Internal Communications & Signaling works

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of Internal Communication system & Signaling system as per the attached tender drawings and specifications complete. These include Telephone network & Telephone provision, Fire alarm system provision, Advertisement notification system, Signages, Cable TV, Computor network and Internet provision, Tele monitoring system as per the material schedules & specifications on the drawings ( CS-1 to CS-13). Includes provision of all Equipments, fixtures, units, cables, conduits. All the installation works must be performed by professional organization in accordance with Federal safety Regulations valid for Mongolia In order to ensure the safe use of the planned equipment, Equipment must be connected to grounding frame. Ground resistance shall not exceed 4.0 ohms.

Elevator

Supply, delivery, receiving, unloading, storing, inspection, handling, assembling in correct assigned position, effecting proper connections, installation, testing ,trial run and commissioning of 1300 kg capacity passenger-lifts, having speed of 1.0 MPS with center opening door, with VVVF drive, full collective Triplex control on 415 V, 50 cycles, 3 phase power, battery operated emergency lowering device, safety measures complete in accordance with specifications and drawings as required with Car, Car Door & Hoistway Door in stainless steel hairline finish, inclusive of built in ARD and as per specification. This includes all the Mechanical, Electrical works comissioning and obtaining all the required statutory approval as per Rule and Law of Mongolia.(Note - Lift shall be as per applicable standards in Mongolia and safety norms applicable to schools in Mongolia). AC Variable Voltage and variable frquency controls. Stoppage - First to Fourth Floor
