Credit for hard rock obtained from excavation.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift for all depths.
Supply of approved earth obtained from out side MD land and filling in layers not exceeding 20 cms thick, at all heights and depths, in foundation pits, trenches, around structures and foundations, underfloors and other places, including dressing and levelling, watering, compacting etc., complete as per drawings, specifications. (The measurement for payment shall be made as per drawings after deducting 5% for voids).
Supplying and filling in plinth with manufactured sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
Disposal of surplus earth obtained from the site to the outside city limit as allowed by the Municipal corporation complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
CHAPTER - III : ANTITERMITE TREATMENT
Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.
a) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%
Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST - CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.
Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

CHAPTER V: BRICK & STONE MASONARY
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

CHAPTER VI: PLASTERING & SURFACE TREATMENT
6 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 manufactured fine sand) including necessary scaffolding and curing etc., complete for concrete surfaces of beams and slabs finished smooth at all levels in ceilings, walls, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge
a) Providing internal cement plaster 15 mm thk. in single coat in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 manufactured fine sand) to concrete or brick surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete.

a) 18 mm cement plaster in two coats, base coat/ under layer of 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 manufactured coarse sand) and a top coat / layer of 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 manufactured coarse sand) mixed with integral water proofing compound (measured and paid separately) and finished rough with sponge.

ARPITHA EXPORTS, Bangalore or equivalent.
20mm thick water proof plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 manufactured fine sand) in two layers of 10mm each with water proofing compound mixed as per approved manufacturers specifications finished neat with extra cement including benching, haunching and providing proper slope all as directed. (Water proofing compound of make M/s Cico, M/s Fosroc, M/s BASF, M/s Pidilite)
Supply, fabricating and fixing in position ready made aluminium composite panels (ACP) of approved make and shade and 4mm thickness as per the layout and pattern given including making the framework of 40mm x 25mm aluminium sections at grids of 600mm x 600mm over plastered brickwork, fixing this aluminium framework on the walls with anchor bolts with grouts, fixing the 4mm thick aluminium composite panels, filling the grooves with UV resistant silicon sealant of 3M / Dow Corning or equivalent, making good the surface and giving a warranty for colour and panel quality for 7 years 4mm thick ACP Panels
CHAPTER VII: FLOORING
Cement plaster in skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 manufactured coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick
Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Manufactured Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Manufactured coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Epoxy Flooring system
A. PRE TREATMENT ACTIVITES:- I. Surface Preparation:- Preparing the existing (VDF) floor surface by Anchoring grooves should be cut with diamond groove cutting tools to required depth, grinding / Scarification, cleaning by vaccume, to remove all dirt, dust, oil etc to expose clean sound base concrete substrate as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Ensuring that the area is completed the application and finishing shall be as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Project Manager.
II. Primer: Nitoprime 25 an epoxy primer shall be applied over grinded/scarified concrete surface before application of any of the resin based floor toppings, which is a two component epoxy based primer with good penetrating properties for concrete surfaces, application can be done with airless spray / brush / roller.
B. 2 mm thick Epoxy Flooring system - Epoxy Underlay / Epoxy Screed, flow applied epoxy resin floor topping:- I. Providing and applying the 2mm thick epoxy Underlay Nitoflor EU5 or equivalent to the designated primed area shall be supplied in component system comprising resin base, resin hardener and fillers. When correctly laid will provide a surface ready to receive applications of other flooring systems. Shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 84 N/mm 2(BS 6319 part 2, 1983), Flexural strength of 21 N/mm2 (BS 6319 part 3, 1983) and Tensile strength of 16N/mm2 (BS 6319 part 3, 1983) @ 7 days. The adhesion strength of the epoxy underlay shall be greater than the tensile strength of concrete. Work shall be executed by manufacturer’s authorized applicator.
II. Providing and applying to the Epoxy underlayed floor areas with Nitoflor SL 2000 at 1.0 mm thick flow-applied epoxy resin floor topping as per the manufacturer’s specification complete. The topping shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 50N/mm2 and a flexural strength of 34 N/mm2 at 7days when tested to BS6319 at 20 degree Celsius, it shall be capable of accepting foot traffic at 24hours and vehicular traffic at 48hours. Abrasion resistance: 0.1mg/ cycle-loss of weight (ASTM D 4060) (with CS 17 wheel of 1500g weight). Work shall be executed by manufacturer's authorized applicator and as per their approved specification.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
a) In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 manufactured coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:
(a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.
(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
(c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound.
The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

a) Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.
b) Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

CHAPTER IX: ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:
(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.
(b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 manufactured coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 manufactured coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.
(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge.
(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 manufactured coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

VRF SYSTEM:

AIR & DIRT SEPERATOR
Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of In-line Air & Dirt Separator. removing of free air, bubbles and microbubbles in combination with separation and removal of dirt particles within chilled water system. The acceptable design shall incorporate a separating element to force water into tranquillity zones for air and dirt removal. A nozzle shall force de-aerated water into the main flow to divert contaminated water through the separating element. A high capacity, conical brass automatic air vent shall be installed on the top of the vessel for air discharge. Drain valve for removal of floating debris and dirt. Heavier than water dirt particles shall be removed via a blow down valve on the base of the vessel whilst ferrous particles down to 4 µm shall be captured by a magnetic device in the lower part of the vessel. The PCC shall consist of suitable rating TPN aluminium bus bar as specified in the SLD supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with heat shrinkable sleeves. CHAPTER XXVI: ROAD, HARD STANDING, DRAINS & CHAIN LINK FENCING
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Clearing the area, digging of Pits of size 1m x 1mx1m in all type of soil/ soft rock and refiling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 4:1 (4 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of manure by volume), flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts , refilling the mixture into pits and flooding with water trees planted at 10 mtr distance in both sides of roads including plantaion of desired trees complete all as directed. Trees should be of height in range of 1.5m-1.8m. All the trees should be well flourished, healthy, free from any diseases etc. Delonix, Regia, Rain Tree, Alestonia, Pogenia Galba, Neem, Bauhinia, Delbergia, Olives, Sisoo, Acaci, Auriculiformis, Bottle Brush, Ashoka safed sares or similar including stacking of trees all complete.
Shrubs. Clearing the area, digging Pits of size 0.6m x 0.6mx0.6m in all type of soil/ soft rock and refiling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 4:1 (4 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of manure by volume) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts , refilling the mixture into pits mixing of anti termite & chemical etc as required and flooding with water, shrubs planted at 5-7 mtr distance to be planted to cover the open spaces including supply and plantation of shrubs 400mm-600mm height of Bogainvilla, Jatropha, Narium, Oliender, Hamelia, Roses, Ixora, Hibiscus, Cassia, Ehauri, Kair, Akh, Jhal or similar as approved.
Flowering Ground Creeper. Clearance of the area and digging up to 0.30 m, refilling with agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Provision of anti-termite treatment at plantation
Hedges/Borders. Clearing the area, digging Pits of size 0.6m deep x 0.45m wide X RM in length all type of soil/ soft rock and refiling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 4:1 (4 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of manure by volume) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts , refilling the mixture into pits mixing of anti termite & chemical etc as required and flooding with water including supply and plantation of approved hedge species like Goldenduranta / Kair / Akh / Jhal / Ber / chlerodendron Inermie sapling in staggard condition of 300mm height after the plantation, about 1-2 years old with well grown, disease/ inset free and plantation the minimum 7 number of sapling per running meter or equivalent as approved complete.
Lawn Bermuda. Clearing the area,removal of weed roots, debris etc., digging upto 0.30 m and provision of anti-termite treatment, refilling with good soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 4:1 ratio and rough dressing. Supply and planting of approved species of lawn bermuda. Grass should be healthy and free from any diseases and weeds. Maintenance includes regular watering, de-weeding, manuring with neem cake mixture and fertilizer. Spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year.
Lawn Carpet. Clearing the area, removal of weed roots, debris etc., digging upto 0.30 m and provision of anti-termite treatment, refilling with good soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 4:1 ratio and rough dressing. Supply and planting of approved species of carpet grass. Grass should be healthy and free from any diseases and weeds. Maintenance includes regular watering, de-weeding, mowing, rolling, manuring with cattle manure and neem cake mixture and fertilizer, spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year.
Seasonal Flower Beds. Digging upto 0.30 m depth and refilling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Preparation of beds, supply and planting of dwarf double flower hybrid cannas and seedlings / suckers / Rhizomes of hybrids and varieties of seasonal flowers as per season. Maintenance Includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnightly, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer @ 200 gms/sm. Trimming, pruning and staking, spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year.
PVC Planter Box. Supply of PVC planter box with tray suitable for 12” to 14” size earthen pots.
Potted Plants. Supply of potted plants with Fiber pot of size 12" plants like Areca plam/ Arocaria /Dracena Veriteis /Phoenix Plam/ Cycu Revoluta / Fercaria /Ficus blackiana / Dresenia / Crotons / Aglomema etc
Excavation for Landscaping. Earth work in excavation in any type of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, getting out, stacking the excavated soil and filling the same in layer where ever required in plantation area and consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering. The disposal of surplus soil as directed with lead upto 100 m and disposed soil to be neatly levelled and dressed.
Agriculture Soil for Landscape. Supply & arranging of good Agriculture soil of about 6.5 pH for the landscaping works
Brick Edging. Supply and fixing of wire-cut bricks with cement and sand mortar in 1: 6 ratio on either sides of the seasonal flower beds/landscape and colouring as and when required for a period of one month.
Providing and fixing Gunmetal sprinklers with 25mm inlet, suitable for sprinking water upto 12mtr radius at 2 Kg/cm², nozzle etc complete
Providing and fixing valve opener for sprinkler 450mm length, 25mm dia.
Maintenance of shrubs by regular watering, manuring weeding, trimming etc., for a period of 3 (Three) months complete as per specification.
Maintenance of trees by regular watering, manuring, weeding, trimming etc., for a period of 3 (Three) months complete as per specification.
Maintenance of grass by regular watering, manuring, weeding, trimming etc., for a period of 3 (Three) months complete as per specification.
Maintenance of potted plants by regular watering, manuring, weeding, trimming etc., for a period of 3 (Three) months complete as per specification.
NOTE: 1) Certain Scheduled items like Earth Work , PCC (1:2:4, 1:4:8), RCC, Reinforcement steel, RR Masonry, pointing, etc.,,,repeated in various sub heads, Bidder is requested to quote the same rate for similar items. However , if there is any veriation in rates quoted by Bidder in similar items under different sub heads, the lowest rate shall be considered.
2) Wherever written for sand should be read as manufactured sand.
