(v) For Non attendence of complaints within 24 Hrs Rs.200/- per day per complaint will be recovered from contractor's dues.(vi) Contractor or of their Engineer or supervisor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user within time & date to JE EM . (vii) The make/manufacturer shall be approved by the GE before incorporation in the work as per Appendix 'B' to Particular specification section-II of tender.
