Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 using 20 mm nominal size crushed aggregates.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Providing and fixing of door with double shutter i.e. panalled door and Glazed door made with wooden frame and panalled with superior quality teak wood both side laminated 12 mm thick With a required size , fixed with required fittings/ fixtures etc including Kail wooden Chowkhat of approved make complets job.

Providing and fixing of windows with glazed and wire guaze shutters complete including glass pans and wire guaze of required size with wooden chowkhat of kail wood including all carriages of material up to site of work complets job.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specification

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Supply And fixing of Electrical gyser 25 Litre Capacity of approved quality / make.

Supply And fixing of Wall Fan of approved quality / make.

Supply And fixing of Exhaust Fan 300 mm or more of approved quality / make.

Providing and fixing of mild steel grill for doors and windows .

supply and fixing of curtain rods of approved make including brackets and latoos etc. complete.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid , 10 liter low level white vitreous china flushing cistern and CP flush bend with fittings and C.I. brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing plasticized PVC connection pipe with brass unions. 45cm long , 15mm nominal bore
