Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of GI tubing 25 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples, tee and union etc complete laid in trenches including taking down old unserviceable pipe of any type and in any position with all fittings and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of GI tubing 20 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples, tee and union etc complete laid in trenches including taking down old unserviceable pipe of any type and in any position with all fittings and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified. Note :- Due care will be given while deciding pipeline route for excavation, however any damages to signal/BSNL/MES HT/LT cables/existing pipes (water/sewage) etc. while excavation will be made good by the contractor and cost of the same for jointing material & labour is deemed to be included in the cost of excavation.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of road upto to 1.5 meter depth for passing pipe lines through roads including re surfacing with PCC 1:3:6 of disturbed road surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of 25mm Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F in replacement of 40 mm Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F cast iron heavy duty sluice valve of size 200 mm dia non rising type double flanged PN-1.6 conforming to IS -14846/2000 with brass spindle hand wheel with ISI marked including all necessary new rubber paking 6 mm thick nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F cast iron heavy duty sluice valve of size 150 mm dia non rising type double flanged PN-1.6 conforming to IS -14846/2000 with brass spindle hand wheel with ISI marked including all necessary new rubber paking 6 mm thick nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F cast iron heavy duty sluice valve of size 80 mm dia non rising type double flanged PN-1.6 conforming to IS -14846/2000 with brass spindle hand wheel with ISI marked including all necessary new rubber paking 6 mm thick nuts, bolts washers etc including dismantling of old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Air Release Double Orifice with rubber valve of 100 mm dia including GI flanged Bolts/Nuts/washers gasket etc all fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :-

All as per item No 20 above but in replacement of 80 mm dia bore pipe

Supply and fix Non Return Valve for 150 mm dia including GI flanged Bolts/Nuts/washers gasket etc including removal of old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of existing CI/GI/DI pipe of following dia and in any position for inserting new Tee/Reducers/Branches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :- Note:- Any cutting to the existing pipeline/former connection will be made functional on the same day by the contractor with out fail.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene triple layered water storage tanks of capacity 500 Litres cylindrical vertical with closed tops hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit of following given size including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 (Type B2) in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, flush pointing externally in same mortar as the work proceeds including angle iron frame 40X40X6mm with 3.0 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges, 12mm dia handle and locking arrangements (including lock and two keys ) and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:-

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 6,78,225.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
