Excavatiopn in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay, or sand ) including filling lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts.) and lead upto 30 m.(100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30 M. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 fine sand : 8 graded brick ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

First class bricks work in 1:4 in cement and coarse sand of mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M.

2.5 cm. (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement , approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8 cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 4 cm (1.5") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. without base concrete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/centarl verge, inluding removal of rubbish etc. disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separatly and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge DAR 16.83

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature. Colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of En-in-Charge. DAR 16.84

Interlocking Tiles-Rubber moulded reflective Zig-Zag 80mm. Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.
