On Bituminous surface @ 0.20 kg/sqm

Repairing Pot-holes with Bituminous Macadam (Grading - II, for compacted thickness of upto 75mm): Filling Pot Holes with Bituminous Macadam using MobileHot Mix plant (6-10 TPH) with approved crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade of @3.4% by wt. of the total mix,transported to site and laid in the pot hole prepared before hand by cutting the edges to get a firm vertical face and by removing all the failed and loose materials including dust and applying tack coat evenly on the side sand on the surface as per specification, rolling the filled depression with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired compaction, including the cost and carriage of stone aggregates and bitumen,hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of all operational staff, quality control except the cost of tack coat complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Payment to be made on the basis of the loose net volume of the stone aggregates used in the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 60/90 drum type HMP producing an average out of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade of @ 4.0% (min.) for Grading-1 & 4.5% (min.) for Grading-2 by weight of total mix and filler (Cement/lime/Rock dust), transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic aver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505.4 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm thick (Gr-II)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 60/90 TPH drum type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 5.2% (min.) for Gr.-1(19 mm agg size) & @ 5.4% (min.) for Gr.- 2 (13.2mm agg size), as per table 500-17 of mix and filler (Cement /lime / Rock dust ), transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 507) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 40 mm thick (Gr-II)

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt wearing course with approved grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed in to surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100°C, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 516 along with IRC:107) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (2015). The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes (Reference to MORT&H's specification 803) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers/Road Studs/Cats Eye made of poly carbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTMD 4280 Type-H and compling to Specifications of Category A of MoR&TH Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III Dt.11.06.1997 & MoRT&H's specification for Road & Bridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35±5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation including site clearence etc and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as pe IRC:67 (2012) made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as pe approved drawing (Reference to MORT&H's specification 801) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick-on-edge edging (125 mm) depth.

Earthwork in excavation from borrow pits with a carriage 1 km. lead (land owned/arranged by the Department) and depositing in layers of 250 mm. including breaking clods in embankment (with manual compaction) works and to fill up back of abutments, depressions and ruts with an initial lead up to 50 m and initial lift up to 1.5 m making bunds at top as directed dressing complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix In foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2100) & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (Ground floor), and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (15 mm plaster 1:4)

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-inCharge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.
