Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

SH: WOOD & PVC WORK

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm all complete.

With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm.

SH: ROOFING

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

SH: REPAIRS TO BUILDING

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and lastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm.

Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :

SH: DISMANTLING & DEMOLISHING

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Removing for dry cleaning of windows curtains & pressed properly and refixing the same after cleaning as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing for dry cleaning of doors curtains & pressed properly and refixing the same after cleaning as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing for dry cleaning of dining hall curtains big size & pressed properly and refixing the same after cleaning as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Proper and effective cleaning of entire area of floor (GF & FF), tolet wall and floor tiles, W.C pan, wash basin, kitchen floor, wall tiles, modular kitchen Cutlery etc. by rubbing using floor cleaner, detregent all complete as per direction and full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Proper and effective cleaning of sofa cusions 3+1+1 including back support cusions, mattresses 2 Nos of size 6'x6'-6'', 1 No of size 3'x6', dining chairs cusions, jhula cusions etc. by vacuum cleaners after rubbing using detregent etc. all complete as per direction and full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing services for cleaning of campus, flower pots etc. as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Coolie

Disposal of garbage/malba/similar unserviceable waste materials (KACHRA) by mechanical means including loading, transporting (Approx. 15 KM distance from T.E Campus), unloading to approved municipal dumping ground at Jhiri or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead.

Painting gamla with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade after cleaning of gamla surface from dirt etc. : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting brick edging in garden area with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade after cleaning of gamla surface from dirt etc. : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
