Name of Work :- Construction of Approach Road for 5000 MT Capacity Prefab Godown At- Dhamdaha Block, Dist.- Purnea

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotovator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. GSB Gr-1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade exluding the cost of centring and shuttering-all work upto plinth level.

Providing designation 100A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes, royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l,

Brick work with bricks of class designation 100A in foundations and plinth in :

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal or form work for

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement

Supplying and Filling in plinth with local sand and under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty but excluding cairriage cost) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 3 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm intrenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. If local earth is available at more than 3 km lead the actual lead must be approved by compitent authority. cairraiage of material will be paid seperately and calculated after deducting initial lead.
