Earthwork excavation for foundation with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders & hard gravelly soil and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings as directed.
Supplying and filling with M sand of each layer not more than 15 cm thick including consolidation etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications etc complete as per specification

Supplying and Erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for all R.C.C. works etc up to 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre, including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 3 KMCT deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment deployed and not exceeding 23cm thickness, benching of slopes prior to placement of earth fill, sectioning extra watering to OMC and compaction of each layers to 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 ton) vibratory power roller/short width (+ 0.90 M width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel-operated or electrical operated vibratory plate compactors ensuring compaction of designed bund section as per specifications etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.
Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shuttes of size 4.00 m x 1.20 m made out of 8mm thickness single size outer frame and inner cross bracing of 65 x 65 x 6 mm MS angle all welded with shutter plate screw rod of 50mm diameter round welded with square thread to height of 2.50m. Top beam made out of 150mm x 75mm R,S, Joists to adequate length - 2 Nos. with necessary holes arrangements to fix the headset assembly with base, bottom nut, top cover nut threaded with square threaded to suit the rod thread. The sluice top open covered wtih framed MS sheet having lockig type arrangement with stiffeners at bottom, locks etc complete. Conveying the fabricated shutter including loading, uploading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hositing equipments. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismatled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and including all taxex etc., complete.
