M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water,scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, but making good by appling tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sq.m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq.m, blinded with 0.09 cu.m of stone chipperings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done by vibromax roller only.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil obtained from Excavation and Earthwork) to a distance of 1000 m, beyond the lead included in the rates , including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC(1:4:8),Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick rubber moulded reflective surface PU coated, factory made, coloured, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks/ tiles conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 designation of concrete as approved by GE, in hard standing, laid dry over & including 50mm thick sand cushion and filling the voids of paver blocks/tiles with dry sand complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate),in floor, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix, in repair, solar studs of size 125mmx 125mmx 25mm (shank 60mm) with aluminium alloy shell, high efficiency Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.40V/ 0.30Watt having one Ni-Mh or NI-cd rechargable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA), Six Super Bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela) having flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1000 meters of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site, working temp 10-75 degree Celcius, working time 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hours from direct sun light, maintenance free, un-breakable poly carbonate clear facing, automatically turns on at night and turns off at dawn including all fixing arrangment as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in repair, 100% water proof solar delineators( as per IRC 79-1981) metal rectangular delineator made of 100mm X 25mm cross section MS pipe, 1.6mm thick, stove enamelled painted with three prismatic grade retro reflective sheet bands of red/white colour, total height of each band shall not be less than 150mm, reflective bands shall be protected with a cage of MS welded zinc plated 12 gauge wire mesh & pole of 900 mm length from AGL( Total length = 1100mm), fixed on the ground after necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, embeding the delineators in the ground with & including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (minimum size of PCC block 200mmx 200mmx 200mm ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking having minimum 2.5mm average thickness with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles, laid dry, of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature ,jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm),including making drainage opening wherever required complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix polycarbonate reflective convex mirror of size 600mm dia made of ABS/ fiber/ plastic body with upper collar complete with mounting hardware i.e. necessary clamps & nut bolts etc mounted on and including 65mm dia MS pipe having 2.0M length duly painted with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved by AGE(I), over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed on the ground after necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, embeding the delineators on the ground with & including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (minimum PCC block size 200mmx 200mmx 200mm for proper grouting) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling sign boards and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in post holes(or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m & making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective cautionary/warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue white or other colour combination including ssubject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and border etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized alluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of MS angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures,

mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50X50X6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painet with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 3000.00 to be deducted during AOC
