Construction of gravel SUB GRADE by providing well graded Grading meterial ( Table 400 ) having soaked CBR not less than 15% and Plasticity Index < 6 and stacking at site to the departmentel gauge for pre measurements and mixing them and spreading the same with grader in uniform layers of loose thickness of not more than 225mm including mixing by mix in place method with rotaBut excluding VATor to OMC and compacting with Vibratory roller of 80 to 100kN capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per IRC technical specification clause 402.3 of MORD. including all over heads , and Contractors profit ,But excluding GST & Seignarage charges.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material(Table 400.1) with Grading III Material CBR Value not less than 20 and PI Value less than 6 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor grader on prepared surface,mixing by min in place method with rotaBut excluding VAT or at OMC,and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges,But excluding GST & Seignorage charges

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base,with Nominal Mix of VCC (1:2:4) equivalent to M20 grade as per IS 456-2000 with 330 kgs of cement per cubic meter of concrete for internal roads with 43 grade cement or any other type, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints with High performance expansion joint filler board / using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete pavement for 14- days/curing compound (where specified) finishing to lines and grade as per drawing but excluding cost of High performance expansion joint filler board/ concrete groove cutting charges with daimond studded saw including all applicable taxes.
