MACHINE UNIT : Machine unit consists of Warm gear, A.C Induction motor (Lift duty) Break unit and truction sheeve rim. The unit is made off from graded materials with robust and fail safe design. Special gear oil keep the gear box cool (Make: Sharp/Maxton).
BREAK UNIT : Electro-mechanical D.C solenoid type fail safe unit spl.break shooe linner.
DOOR LOCKS : Electro-mechanical die casting door locks as per West Bengal Lift rules. (Centre Opening Automatic Door)
CAR BOARD : Stainless steel cover plate with modern illuminated type (LED) push button, auto/ attend key switch, digital floor position & travel direction display board, light, fan, alaram, and stop button.
LANDING BOARD : Stainless steel cover plate with modern illuminated type push button with digital floor position and direction arrows.
CONTROLLER : Microprocessors based controller with single phase and over current preventer. (Balaji/Addico).
GOVERNOR : Calibrated governor with tripping mechanism required as per West Bengal Lift rules.
MAIN ROPES : 10/13 mm dia lift duty wire ropes ( USHA MARTIN) 3Nos.
GOV. ROPE : 8mm dia lift duty wire ropes (USHA MARTIN) 1No.
FINAL LIMIT SWITCH : Electro mechanical limit switch as per West Bengal Lift rules.
ALARAM BELL : 9V/12V battery operated alarm bell.
FLOORING : PVC flooring.
FAN & LIGHT : Reputed make fan and LED light fittings.
ARD : Balaji/ADCO.
WIRE/CABLE : Masecabe.
DRIVE (V3F) : Fuji.
