Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel Reinforcement for RCC Work including straightening , cutting, bending, placeing in positiion and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(welded)

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to10 mm, in recharge pit over the existing layer of boulders, in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing M.S. round or square bars at required spacing in wooden frames of windowns and cletory windows.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat at required spacing of dimensions 60 * 6 mm.

Aligning, denting and lubrication of the gates of two pools with all required fittings,nuts bolts etc complete job.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, fume red brown.

Finshing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufatures specification 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm).

Providing and fxing of Garden benches 03-seated in cast iron of required specifications as directed by thr Engineer in Charge .

Disposal of excavated silt/materials including unhygienic materials/conditions. a. With average Head load of 150 m.

B. By mechanical transport within a lead of 03 km.
