Notes:- (i) Excavation & earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for seperatelly under relevant items of schedule 'A' (ii) Provn of painting and numbering i.e applying one coat of black bitumenous paint on embedded portion, making five numbers alternate yellow & black strips 30cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping) with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting the remaining external surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of above item.

S&F in repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Junction boxes made of Lid PC and base is polystyrene Hensel reference : KG series suitable . Junction Boxes Size 217 x 253 x 115 mm in Grey RAL 7035 colour. Junction Box IP 65 Thermoplastic PS Polystyrene weatherproof Junction Box with multi level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. The pre-moulded knockouts shall be available on top and bottom of the junction box to enable cable entries from both direction. The junction box shall have an optional cable entry at the bottom up Cable Size 25 Sq mm of the box via pre-moulded knockout to enable pole mounting option. Lid fasteners self closed will be tool operated. it will be sealable with accessories. The junction box shall have elongated holes inside them for wall/pole mounting provision. In the event of formation of condensed water, the junction box shall have a minimum of two condensation knock-outs inside to ensure optimum safe performance.

Supply & installation of silent CPCB approved 15 KVA NTP Diesel Generating Set having diesel engine Liquid/Air cooled, Electric start, four stroke, Three/Four cylinders cold starting, TCI Aspirated, compression ignition, totally enclosed diesel engine with electronic governor generating minimum 21 BHP @ 1500 RPM, direct coupled with 15 KVA Three Phase alternator at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, providing Three Phase 415Volts suitable for 50 Hz, H class insulated winding, Close-direct-coupled, Self-excited and self-regulated type, screen protected, mounted on rigid MS sheet channel base-frame. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 13364, IS: 4722, BS5000, IEC: 34 and suitable for tropical condition. having fitted inside Canopy, fabricated out of 1.6 mm CRCA Sheet, cubical type, totally enclosed, Powder Coated, Control Panel and all accessories in- housed in a acoustic enclosure – sound proof canopy. Make: Cummins/ Kirloskar Green/Greaves cotton/Sudhir/jackson.

NOTE : - (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI design. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable size 50 sqm 3.5 core and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to distrbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer; all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 15 KVA, 21 BHP net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insualation class - 'H' ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% . v) Frequency regulation + 1%

D) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or asper standard practice iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Battary volt display. xi) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine. xii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexiable coupling, fly wheel to suit flexiable coupling. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames. xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank made out of 3mm thick (10G) HR sheet top and bottom with caliberated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of 100-150 ltr capacity complete on a common base out side the accoustic enclosure in the sub staion building. xvi) MS pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.

Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. G) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 15 KVA DG Set. (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure in the sub station building. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (64kg/Cum) vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.

vii) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form. ix) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. xi) The noise level should be 75 db at 1m under free field conditions. xii) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.
