Taking down carefully Existing old conventional ceiling fan including BLDC fan/exhaust fan/wall Mounted fan/pedestal/Air circulator fan of any size/ Make after disconnecting the electrical connection etc and transporting, depositing safely wherever directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing/Installing only ceiling fan of any type,size,make after replacing the old unserviceable spares such as carter pin, rusted nut bolts,split pin, rubber wheel bearing washers,bush,PVC clamps for holdings of capacitor, etc and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.5 Sqmm three core copper conductor round cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rewinding wires,spare parts such as ball bearing, capacitor,bush etc required to make the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items.. (ii) The Refixing fan shall be tested after fixing the blades and issues if any, shall be rectified by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be inclusive in this quoted rate.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) upto 25 /50 Ltrs capacity of any type, make after disconnecting all electrical connection,descaling the inner container heating element base assembly etc by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleanning thoroughly,filling the inner container with water and checking for leakage if any reassembling the geyser after locking for leakage by bracing and refixing the electric and water supply lines,finally refixing and testing on completion,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-spares shall be measured and paid saperately under relevent items of this Schedule as "Supply only"
