Dismantiling of CGI/PGI sheets any thickness as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with zinc coating 120 gram/sqm two corrugations side lap & 150 mm end lap ,fixed with 'L' type or 'J'type or crancked hook bolt and washers orwith self drilling zinkallum coated metal screws having cap with rubber washers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick PGI sheeting of class -VIII as in ridges, hips, wall cladding and straight flashings etc ,fixed with 'L' type or 'J'type or crancked hook bolt and washers or with self drilling zinkallum coated metal screws having cap with rubber washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in framed work complete all as specified and dorected.

S & F mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed at site using Fe 410 W grade E-250 quality A.

S&F for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm but n exc 20 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using of extra cement laying in alternate bay complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate in pannels as in plinth protection and joints filled (with hot bitumin VG 10 & sand,1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position, roof above ground level and disposal of unserviceable materila, debries and disposal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof, kerbs or mud stops, benching rounded or chambered angle complete all as specifed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloumns, beams slabs, chajjas and the like as diected, roughening and cleaning in concrete surfacces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to drey including derusting of steel reinforcement , providing facbric mild steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm x 2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 20 mm thick (average thickness) dubbing coat in CM (1:3) including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 even and smooth complete all as directed including providing scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto three storey height made with wooden balli/bamboo of suitable size or MS tube stiffened with suitable bracing, runners connection with the building, challies for making working platform upto requisite height and required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. Complete as per direction and approval of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall panelling or ceiling boards of any descripton any thickness & at any height complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for 12mm thick Gypsum board 60x60cm in size fixed in ceiling (aluminium snap grid work) with screws as per manufacturer instructions and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.5, Light Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 38-41%.The steel angle should be of “Armstrong” make with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32,mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/Sqm. M & L for providing PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mmx 600mm ,5mm thick plain PVC sheet of density 600 kg / cbm used as a panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium 'T' section of size 25mmx25mm of 19 gauge or 1 mm thick a square pattern of a grid size of 600mmx600mm . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per manufacture's spection .Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE (I)

M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition brick tiles / APP membrance by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type B0 (1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in padding for maintaining proper slope over roof treatment finished even and fair mixed with Non shrink chemical of Make- FOSROC/SIKA/PIDILITE as per manufacture's sistructions, PCC shall be cured with curing compound fof Make - FOSROC/SIKA/PIDILITE as per manufactures. Rate of Non shrink chemical and curing compound is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Preparation of plastered roof surface by cleaning surface free from dust and other foreign materials etc. and laying in repair Atatic poly propylene polymer modified membrane pre fabricated 3mm thick with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gms/Sqm weighing not less than 3.5kg per sqm laid over primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller with overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction laid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed and including following courses of descriptions given below :- (a) A coat of bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) Laying of APP modified membrane described hereinbefore with joints sealed with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and curved well before lying the membrane. (c) Applying binding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm. Note : The contractor shall give a guarantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for sunken treatment. The amount Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty five Only) per Sqm and min of Rs 2500/- for sunken treatment shall be withheld from contractor’s final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE (I) Kanpur.

M&L for half mirror polish grinding and polishing of kota stone/marble etc. flooring and skirting complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair to chajja area exceeding 2 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each including dismantling of upward facia, cutting of reinforcement, plaster in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate incl. all necessary scoffolding arrangement up to height of 12 mtr.

Cutting and taking out grass shurbs, plants, small tree roots in building wherever periodical services to be carried out in OTM in any position and at any height (two storey building) and treated with necessary chemical/ acid to avoid for this further growth and disturbed portion making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and 15mm thick plastering etc in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The cost of scaffolding and T&P required for repair will be deemed inclusive in this item).
