INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep Five star complete with blade, canopy and down rod and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix metallic type exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 240 V AC single phase complete with lovers and shutters as per suitable for hole of existing wall including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 0.5Sqmm up to ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc including maning holes in stone/brick walls suitable for fixing 300mm exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix LED batten single tube 1x20 W (4 ft long) 230V, 6000K rated CCT energy efficient with atomic ballast bipin holders, starter blocks, diffusers,etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specifed and as directed. Make : Orient Cat No LRT9-20-C or equivalent in Philips.

Supply & fix LED Security light luminaire 15 W 5700K with aesthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilised acrylic cover complete with lamp and internal connection including bracket made of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed with MS clamp of suitable size grouted on wall with suitable nos of screws complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix for MCB single pole & neutral 230V B Curve 10 KA, 6-32 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Ductile Iron pipe of (class-K9) and push on rubber gasket joint and including connection, testing and commissioning complete for the 150 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix DB SPN, 240 Volts 04 way horizontal double door type powder coated sheet steel enclosure with following. (a) MCB SP 16 Amps-01 Nos (b) MCB SP 6 Amps-01 Nos (for aviation light/digital level indicater) complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Construction of 25 users, conventional LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, Excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

FENCING AND GATE

Supply and fabrication and erection of steel gate incl painting, rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to RCC coln. Excavation in hard/dense soil, soft disintegrated rock in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, RCC column footing and RCC coln with cement base paint including returning filling in spreading levelling watering and well ramming and removal of surplus excavated materials all as per TD drg No CEAA/TD/71.

Supply and fix Aviation obstruction light fitting with LED not less than 300 Nos red colour illumination, yellow painted die cast aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate enclosure including sub main wiring with 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC cable in steel conduit size 20mm dia complete from light fittings to panel/DB and mounted on suitable size GI pipe including accessories and connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix time switch 250 V, single phase of max 20 A rated with power contactor including steel enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 1399508.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 46 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
