M&L for MS plain fixed in repairs, black Sheet 1.60 mm thick in steel gates (cover to valve pit) and similar works, cut to size, holes, punched and fixed to steel framing including bending or turning up if required all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm of shank 16 to 20mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for cleaning PVC tanks of capacity upto 250 Ltr including taking out the float valve without any damage to tanks and pipeline for emptying the tank, by using wire brush, rubbing the inner wall, removing scales, removing algae and foreign particles and re-washing the tank by using bleaching powder and scale removing chemicals incuding final wash by using fresh water and refixing the float valve to its original position all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) All the consumables such as beaching powder and caustic soda, scale removing chemicls, Wire brush, gunny bags and cleaning brush etc shall deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate. (ii) chlorine granules shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Work site is inside the AF stn including rewstricted areas, high rise buildings upto the height of 20mtr. Hence, necessary entry pass, safety equipments, ladders and first aid kits shall be arranged by the contractor by his own. (iv) In case of damage to storage tanks, contractor has to make good or to replace from his own expenditure.

Supply and adding calcium hypochlorite 65% to 70% strength in granular form in chlorination plant for water tank cleaning, packed with factory sealed HDPE container of 45 Kg each (Make: M/s Sree Rayalaseema Hi-strength Hypo ltd/ Declibac or equivalent in E-In-C approved brand. Note: (i) This chemical shall be used for cleaning of storage water tanks to kill E-choli bacteria.

Taking down existing unserviceable water tank after disconnecting water supply line and Supply and fix Rotational moulded Polyetheylene Water Storage Tank 500 Ltr capacity Triple Layer (Cylinderical verticle with closed top) including 20mm dia GI Medium Grade 450mm long overflow and wash out pipe each with all required fittings, Checknut, Stopper etc complete hoisted and fixed in position, including all incoming and outgoing connection of GI pipe complete and including 25mm PTMT Ball valves high pressure wiith epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete for 20mm dia pipe fixed on roof top complete all as specified and directed.
