(N.S Items) Construction of Sikh Museum at Sector-33,Kurukshetra, Haryana, on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis comprising the Main Building (Stilt plus Ground plus 2 Floors), Tower, Mumty and all ancillary structures and buildings. The scope includes soil investigation, topographical survey, comprehensive design duly vetted by IIT/NIT, obtaining GRIHA 4-Star rating including accreditation fees, and development of all external and internal facilities. Works cover Public Health Services, External Services, Bulk Electrical Services, Street and Landscape Lighting, Façade Lighting, Internal Electrical Fans and Fittings, 4 Nos. Lifts (2 Passenger and 2 Goods), Escalators, Sub-station equipment and room, DG sets, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), CCTV, LAN/WAN/EPABX, Access Control, Baggage Scanners, Boom barriers, Fire Alarm and Firefighting Systems, HVAC (VRV System), Renewable Energy Systems (Solar Power), Water Treatment (RO/WTP) and STP, Rainwater Harvesting, Interior Works with false ceiling, acoustical treatment, decorative lighting, inlay work and Façade Works including structural framing and cladding, glazing with jali pattern as per DBR. The scope further includes construction of a 15 m-high rotating metal Khanda sculpture on an RCC pedestal over the central tower, steel turban structure, musical fountain and water features, boundary wall with designed cladding, site development, hard and soft landscaping including turf pavers and horticulture, entrance ramps and steps as required, entrance gates, signages, parking solar sheds, guard rooms, UGTs and all other essential utilities. All works shall be executed as per CPWD Specifications unless otherwise specified, and shall be completed in all respects including arranging statutory approvals payable to other deptt., along with operation and maintenance of all components during the 3-year Defect Liability Period. NOTE-I: All statutory fees required for obtaining mandatory approvals or certificate shall be paid by the Contractor in the first instance and shall be reimbursed only upon submission of original receipts and verification. NOTE-2: All vetting charges, QA/QC testing charges and all fees related to securing GRIHA accreditation including any associated fees shall be borne exclusively by the contractor and shall not be reimbursable.
