The frame should be provided with approved quality M.S.Powder coated butt hinges IS 205 125mm long of 6 Nos. along with Double flush door shutters solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply on both faces of 30mm thick including fixtures such as Mild Steel "Z" type Hold Fasts 6 Nos., M.S.Powder coated tower bolts I.S. 204, 300 mm long and 10mm BOLT dia 2Nos, M.S.Powder coated handles IS 208 125mm long 4No, M.S.Powder coated Aldrop IS 2681 300mm long 1No., M.S.Powder coated Door Stoper 2No., sales and other taxes cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour cahrges such as making of door frame, fixing in position,fixing of shutters, & hard ware fixtures, etc.,complete for finished item of work. Painting to New Iron work with two coats of ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter first quality all shades over red oxide primer Grade-I making three (3) coats in all to given and even 3 shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
