Providing Lighting Arrangements in the Railway Over Bridge in the LC No.48 at Railway Km 77/700-800 in between Nagore and Nagapattinam Railway Station at Km 0/2 of Nagapattinam - Akkaraipettai - Velankanni Road in Nagapattinam District

Supply and erection of 8 mtr Single arm bracket octagonal pole of free standing with continuously tapered structure made up of HT sheet steel designed to withstand wind velocity as per IS – 875 hot dip galvanized both internally and externally confirming to BESN. ISO 1461 (65 micron thickness). The octagonal pole shall be erected on concrete foundation with bolt of suitable size and HT steel pole having a base plate of suitable size with locking arrangements at the bottom along with 1 mtr Single Arm bracket with following pole specification. Height of pole: 8000 mm Bottom dia:130 mm Top dia : 70 mm Thickness: 3 mm Bracket : 1000 mm

The octagonal pole with Single arm bracket will have 1 No of 120W LED Streetlight and 1No 80W LED Street Light with collar pipe having 350mm length welded suitably with bracket and fixed rigidly with 4 Nos Bolt and nuts to prevent any turning movement of bracket due to wind by Clamping on Bridge Wall with PCD Adaptor with necessary service wires from fuse box to the fitting with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire with necessary connection. The junction box provided with 1 No 4 way Connector with Hylum sheet with 1 No 6A SP MCB with backlite sheet and standard type terminal with connections complete. Testing and commissioning as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Clamping of 4 x 16 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured cable through 32 mm dia GI pipe(Class-B) on post or on wall with Clamps .

Supply and Laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Dust and Vermin Proof Outdoor Pillar box for Three phase Automatic street light controller of suitable size made up of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet with outer body with doors, Supports, Separations, Canopy etc., With suitable angle iron base for housing three phase 63A 4way Vertical DB, Digital Weekly Programmable Timer Switch with Shortest Switching Time One Minute With Battery Back Up, 63A three Phase Contactor, Etc. Confirming IE Rules and Standards and Supply and Fixing of Vertical Type 4 Way Triple Pole and Neutral MCB DB in Sheet Steel Enclosure Double Door Metal Cover with IP 42 Protection with 1 No 63A 4 Pole MCB as incoming and 4 Nos 32A TP MCB as Outgoing with earth Connection and with necessary Internal Wiring.

The Pillar Should be Provided with Lock and Key Arrangements and with one Coat of red Oxide Primer Paint and Two Coats of Simens Grey Approved by Department Officers along with Danger Board, Supersciption (Lettering and Numbering) and The Pillar Box Should be Mounted with suitable angle iron frame work on concrete foundation with necessary Bolts and Nuts etc.

Supply and fixing of 1 No.M.S Pillar box of suitable size made up of 16 SWG MS sheet for outer body and mains chamber with angle iron frame work of suitable size for outer frames and intermediate supports for mains chamber and bottom supports. The Pillar box should be mounted on suitable foundation concrete on ground with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint with lock and key arrangements and DANGER board and necessary superscriptions complete for housing 63A meter board and 4 pole MCB in SS Enclosures.
