Chipping out existing internal/external wall surfaces incl (RCC beam, slab & Columns etc) of existing Igloo No-3 cleaning/washing the surface with water thoroughly then apply diluted cement modified grout (diluted latex 1:6) on roughened and cleaned surfaces to sealing the porosity/and minor cracks in existing surfaces incl (RCC wall, beam, slabs etc) at any height, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (i) Application and consumption of "Diluted Latex/Sika SBR LATEX" shall be as per manufacturer's instructions). (ii) Work shall be carried out only through authorised applicators of approved manufacturers and they have taken a guarantee for no leakage and seepage in that treated surfaces for ten years)

Preparation of existing substrate surfaces by cleaning using wire brush and water jet in order to remove all loose particles and to ensure that the surface is free from any foreign material and drilling of holes at locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge and fixing nozzles to required depth and diameter by mechanical means and sealing using Fosroc plug or equivalent and applying pressure by mechanical mean to inject Sika injection 101 h or equivalent followed by Sika injection 202 or equivalent as per manufacturers instructions and plugging the holes all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Work shall be carried out only through authorised applicators of approved manufacturers and they have taken a guarantee for no leakage and seepage in that threated surface for ten years)

Supply only Sika or equivalent (Plastering liquid water proofer) all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered/un-plastered surfaces of RCC wall, beams, columns and all concrete duly cleaning unsound surfaces by pressure washing throughly and mopping the surfaces complete to remove loose materials, dirt, debris etc and applying crystalise coating using two coats of Sika 101h or equivalent in two coats over a coat of bonding primering Sika SBR or equivalent all as specified by manufacturers and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Work shall be carried out only through authorised applicators of approved manufacturers and they have taken a guarantee for no leakage and seepage in that threated surface for ten years)

Taking out/striping out all existing roof treatment including layers of bitumen felt, concrete padding and benching including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete to receive new roof treatment at any height including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation internal old plastered/un-plastered wall & surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron concrete, brick, stone etc and applying two coats of fire resisting paint over a coat of wall putty exceeding 10cm in width of girth after complete removal of existing treatment upto 7.5 m height from ground level (GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation external old plastered/un-plastered surfaces of RCC braces, beams, columns and all concrete applying two coats of weather coat paint (with camouflage pattern) over one coat of primer after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mud mixed with rubble/brick bats from roof incl mud plaster or leeping if any incl removal to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 250 mtr compelte all as specified and directed.

20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on roof surface incl finished even and smooth incl a coat of bonding agent (as directed by manufacturer) all as specified and directed.

Laying of 400 micron thick geomembrane (HDPE) incl all necessary materials like adhesive etc complete as per manufacturer directions (work will be executed through manufacturer app aplicater)

Raising of earth (as reteived from item above) after screening and again mixing with brick bats segregated during survey as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and laying on roof in layers n exc 30 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Eath filling in layers as in roof in layers n exc 30 cm thick incl mixing with brick bats n exd 75mm in size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as specified. (Earth will be brought from outside MoD land)

Supply ,installation,commissioning and testing of silent diesel engine driven generating set with canopy and acoustic as per guide line issued by CPCB and environment Act(415 volts,AC supply 3 phase 50 HZ four wire complete suitable for giving an output of 40 kva (32KW) after considering factor conforming to IS-10001/10002 and alternator as per IS-13364 complete at 1610 metre altitude above mean sea level and capacity for operating between temperature range -15 degree celcius to +35 degree celcius at Kupwara area of (J&K) and alternator of suitable capacity coupled with each other and cabable of taking 10% over load for one hour on every 12 hours as per BS-5514/649 with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate on the antivibration pads on foundation as recommended by manufacture.The DG Set shall comprising of electric starter motor with batteries ,turbocharger, water cooled and comprising all standard fittings/fixtures and all piping etc water cooled with radiator complete with in built tank of capacity as per manufacturers specification all as specified and comprising following:- Makes : i. (B) ALTERNATOR The above engine will be coupled through flexible coupling on an indegeous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting in an acoustic. The alternator will be 3 phase 50HZ 1500 RPM self regulating self-exciting type and generating 40 kva output at 0.8 power factor 4 wire ,415 Volts AC supply after considering degradation factor at 1610 M altitude above mean sea level at Kupwara area of J&K with provn of 10%over load for one hour in every 12 hours running at 1500 RPM , the alternator should be screen protected and fitted with shield ball/ roller bearing confirming to BS 2613/IS 4722. (C) MANNUAL CONTROL PANEL The in built control panel body will be fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheet. Panel will be suitable for canopy mounting indoor installation ,dust & vermin .

(h) Totally enclosed busbar having copper 4 strip of size 40x5mm thick and Neutral respectively supported on porcelain insulated with colour red, yellow, blue and black. (j) Necessary foundation to fix the panel board and connecting testing and commissioning all as specified. (k) Complete wiring of panel board with suitable size copper strip from incoming MCCB to bus bar and Busbar to outing MCCB with RYB colour coated.

Preparation of unsurfaced WMM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc/sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming coat with bitumen primer (VG-30) @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm, bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen (VG-10) of binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and conpacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonner power roller complete all as specified and directed.
