SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR LABOUR CHARGES

Labour charges for Dismantling with out using board crane the complete accessories of Power Transformer such as header pipes,Cooler Bank radiators,H.V. & L.V. bushings, conservator tanks, bucholz relays, equalizing pipes,Cooler fans, Pumps etc. and Draining the oil to the required level as directed by Field Engineer.

Labour charges for loading Power Transformer with complete accessories including released oil, initial lead of 5 Metres as directed by the Field Engineer.

Transporting of the idle Power Transformer, main tank with core level oil and all accessories and released oil by Low bed trailer / lorry from 33/11 KV Srivaikundam SS to 33/11 KV Seithunganallur Line Tap SS.

Labour charges for Unloading the Power Transformer with complete accessories including released oil, initial lead of 5 Metres as directed by the Field Engineer .

Labour charges for Pulling off the failed Power Transformer from the plinth to safer side as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for Pull and placing the allotted Power Transformer at the plinth at Seithunganallur Line Tap SS as per site condition.

Labour charges for erection of Power Transformer with out using Board crane wherever applicable including gasket changing for H.V. & L.V. Bushings, Radiator valve, Conservator Valve, equalizer Pipe Valve, Bucholz Valve, etc. as directed by Field Engineer (Gasket to be supplied by board).

Labour Charges for Overhauling of Power Transformer OLTC mechanism including cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets etc. as directed by the Field Engineer.(Gasket & Spares will be supplied by TNPDCL).

Labour for dismantling of Top Cover gaskets including OLTC cover and Replacement of Top cover gaskets, OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valve inner Gaskets and all other gaskets, which are not normally covered under dismantling and re-erection, gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate & all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the Field Engineer. All the required Gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by Contractor.

Labour charges for initial hot oil circulation in seprate tank. The fillter to be provided by the contractor.

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of oil of Transformer and OLTC under vacuum drying when ever applicable/ necessary to the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning as directed by Field Engineer. Oil circulation required only in Main tank. The fillter will be provided by contractor.

Providing 140/150mm dia bore including labour, lead, lift etc., including mobilization in all types of soil and erection of earth pit, supply and providing A4 Grade bentonite powder with 5% common salt mixed with available site clay soil with water 5Kg/meter depth in earth bore and pouring water and tightening of earth bore, upto satisfactory earth resistance value, and as directed by the field Engineer and supply of identification board of size 300x250 mm out of 14 SWG MS sheet and lettering and 12 mm M.S. round rod to be fixed to the board.

Labour, Machineries, consumables for Fabrication of Light section materials for earth Electrode and earth mat.

Labour for Erection of Structures with Light section materials for earth Electrode and earth mat

Labour charges for one finish coating of aluminium painting works with spray gun for transformer complete including T&P etc. and painting of valves, bushings with red, yellow, blue and black paint including cost of paint of reputed make company viz Asian, Berger etc., and Consumables.

Labour Charges for loading /unloading of power transformer oil barrel with new/ released oil from store to site or vice versa as directed by the Field Engineer.

Supply and Erection of HV side Power connectors including the cost of bolts, Nuts and Electrical connections as per drawing directed by the field engineer.

Supply and Erection of LV side Power connectors including the cost of bolts, Nuts and Electrical connections as per drawing directed by the field engineer.
